If you want to rent a nice home that is clean & presentable inside & out this is NOT for you!
This rental home is not how it is advertised in the VRBO listing.
The outside area was disgusting. It looked like the home was abandoned. There was garbage all over the patios, old brooms, empty beer cans, and potted plants with dead flowers everywhere. The grill was so dirty that we were not going to use it. There were even used band-aids on the patio table.
The hot tub had yellow, cloudy water and smelled horrible. The hot tub siding is unhinged, with wires exposed. The pool is run down and needs a lot of work. The patio furniture is old and dirty.
The landscape has broken brickwork and a broken sprinkler head, causing the entrance area to the hot tub to become muddy and slippery. I had to use flat bricks to lay out a path to the hot tub and pool.
The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, and the dryer was full of wet pool towels. The front bedroom has no privacy blinds. The toilets constantly got clogged, and the small refrigerator was not working correctly.
The neighbors were hostile and would yell slang words at my family members, telling us to leave. They called the police on us for having two cars that needed to be parked correctly.
I spent my first day on vacation cleaning and trying to make the home presentable for my family. I had to spend precious time working with the property management company to resolve the issues. At the cost of my time, some of the issues were resolved but not to the standard I had hoped for! If I could get a -10 star I would!

Wonderful home in Eagle!
This house is so perfect for families and large get togethers. It's huge! The upstairs is nicely laid out with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an office, living room and kitchen. There is a deck off the kitchen that is lovely to eat meals out on. Downstairs is its own living space with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms a living room and access to the pool. You have everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen. From spices to cooking utensils and any extras you need to cook your meals. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is so cute and safe with walking trails all around and a creek running through it. It was lovely to walk the trails every day. The house is close to all Eagle has to offer in restaurants and shopping. It was a little too cold for the pool but it would be nice to use in the warmer summer months. It really was a wonderful place to relax and visit with family. Thank you!
