Beautiful 4 Seasons Sugar Camp Lake House - Steps Away From Chain Lake!

KRAZY KRUEGER Lake House is the perfect place to make family memories that will last a lifetime.

Welcome to our completely remodeled 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath lake house, which sleeps 7 and is only steps away from Chain Lake! Chain Lake is a fully recreational lake and is part of the Sugar Camp chain of 5 lakes, including Echo, Stone, Sand and Dam. The property offers 100 feet of partial sand frontage, great fishing, swimming and recreational activities as well as nearby access to miles of ATV, UTV, snowmobile, biking and walking trails. You’ll love the warm and cozy feel of our newly renovated lake house, which incorporates natural stone and wood elements throughout, along with a touch of modern farmhouse design we’ve added to create some uniqueness.

When you enter the kitchen you’ll be greeted by a warm ambient glow from our custom antique lighting. You’ll find it very well stocked with all of the pots, pans, glassware and serving needed during your stay. There are new stainless appliances, a blender, a microwave, as well as a coffee pot and Keurig for all of your caffeine needs.

In the main living space, you’ll find a 55 inch wall-mounted TV, a remote control fireplace, many board games, puzzles as well as maps to help you navigate the area. We also offer FREE Wi-Fi to all of our guests.

Our house has 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a full-size bed and a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. There is also a stackable washer and dryer located in the third bedroom. Although the bedrooms are smaller; new beds, mattresses and bedding ensure a very comfortable and relaxing night’s sleep.

To maintain a comfortable stay for all of our guests, we have installed a new central air unit for hot summer days and a new furnace and two electric fireplaces for cold winter nights.

SUMMER RENTALS ►
Our home includes a private dock, a partial sand frontage for swimming and a larger weed bed right out in front as well for some great pan fishing. Summer rentals include free use of a 4 person paddle boat, 4 sit-on-top kayaks, a fish cleaning station (attached to the house), a gas grill, as well as a fire pit and several yard games. It is located next to Chain Lake’s public boat landing, which makes the location very convenient if you choose to bring your own boat.

WINTER RENTALS ►
We provide a map to help our guests find and navigate all nearby snowmobile trails. It also indicates roads and trails that allow ATV and UTV use. The close proximity to the lake also means excellent ice fishing less than 100 feet from the newly renovated 4 seasons room.

Our lake house is just 10 minutes from Eagle River, 15 minutes from Rhinelander, 20 minutes from Saint Germain and 30 minutes from Minocqua.

Measure Krueger Lake House
We spent 3 nights at this beautiful cabin on Chain Lake. House was totally remodeled 3 years ago and they did an awesome job! The house is spotless and looks like a house from a magazine! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Loved the sunroom! Sits steps away from the lake with a dock and an outdoor fire pit. We brought our own boat and navigated through the channels and saw all of the lakes on the chain. Caught a few fish and enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery. The owners answered the few questions we had quickly and were very easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 6 nights, and it was perfect! Todd and Kim thought of everything! Even with 6 adults, we had more than enough room to relax inside, cook, play games and make wonderful Family memories! Walking outside, just feet from the lake and hopping on our boat for fishing, cruising or tubing was an amazing amenity for us! The location is off the beaten path, but still close enough to enjoy shopping, restaurants and bars. The drive is absolutely beautiful! The property is awesome. It is close to the water, nice dock and firepit area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, and cleaning supplies. The games, books and puzzles along with the wifi and large screen tv were a plus with the rainy days. The decor is homey and inviting and the attention to details, making this a very comfortable stay.

Great Cabin Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at the KRAZY KRUEGER Lake House. The place was clean, and the property manager was very responsive. The amenities of having the pedal boat and kayaks were really nice, as they kept everyone entertained. The next-door neighbor was an added bonus. This property was amazing and we had a great stay. When we arrived we were greeted with a small welcome gift (s'more fixings) and fresh flowers! We were so impressed with the quality of all the linens, cookware, towels, etc. No corners were cut when furnishing/stocking this property-the beds were super comfy too! The only con, if we may note, is the property is on a busy county highway road. The house is set way back and has a thick tree barrier so there is no fear if you have small children, but there is definitely the sound of road traffic. We loved our vacation and would highly recommend this property!

First let me say the pictures don’t do this home justice! It’s absolutely beautiful! Todd and Kim were very accommodating thru the whole process. We absolutely LOVED our time at the cabin! It was my husband, me and our 7 & 9 year old kiddos and nobody got bored or wanted to go home! Beautiful & Convenient Lake Cottage
This lake cottage is extremely clean and on peaceful Chain Lake. We enjoyed a week of relaxing and surrounding ourselves with nature. Even though a particularly rainy spell, we were able to get out and take several long walks in the area; shop local; eat local and a campfire on our last day. There is a 1,000 piece puzzle at the cottage that we conquered. The 4-season porch is a lovely place to enjoy coffee and cookies in the morning while watching the lake. All in all a pleasant week in the Wisconsin north woods.

The house was everything we were looking for. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need, house is very clean and the swimming area was exactly what we wanted for our young kids. Cutest cabin
You will not find a more perfect lake house in the Northwoods! It was pretty cold and rainy during our week so we spent a lot of time in the lake house, but we were not bored! There were books and games and coloring books to keep us entertained. And the screened in porch was heavenly. It's pretty sound proof, too, so the adults could have somewhere to go after the kids went to bed. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of space. When the skies cleared up we loved the fire pit, kayaks and sandy beach for the kids to splash around. The hosts were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

This cabin has it all! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into ever piece of decor in the place. They have decorated it beautifully and makes it feel bigger with the raised ceilings. The kayaks and paddle boat were great to use too! Todd was extremely quick with any communication needed. We were able to bring our boat and it was nice as the boat launch was literally right next door. Will definitely be renting again!
