Staff was nice. Property should have been updated 20 years ago. Shower was luke warm at best. No heat in the cabin had to ask for a blanket. Itā€™s nothing more than a shed with a bed and small shower.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Check in time was anytime but the address was an abandoned building with really disgusting service. Called the number and it sent me to an empty lot. I couldnā€™t reach any employee or owner to figure out what to do. Called close to 20 times over a few days and never got an answer. I booked 3 nights and wasnā€™t even able to stay for one. Worst experience ever and will never go back to this place

Looks CAN be deceiving. But it was a cozy little place to stay. The water from the sink tap was HOTā€¦the shower, not so much. But we survived. Maybe a little bit more upkeep on the outside of the cabinsā€¦overall, a good memory

This place is a scam. They overcharged our credit card, they will not answer the phone, they asked us to text them, they will not answer text. We did not stay at the property because we thought it was sketchy that there was never anyone there to answer a phone. I do not expect to get the cost of the reservation back, however they overcharged our credit card 350$. When we were able to reach them they said youā€™ll have a refund in 2 weeks, 2 weeks go by no refund, they become unreachable again. Finally my husband gets through they say will refund the overcharge, and still nothing. This place is without a doubt a scam. They are so unprofessional. Orbitz is also awful and have done nothing to help us get this refund. Stay away. If you want to be on the east side of the park stay at the glacier peaks hotel and casinos had a nice stay there.

Family ran, this is a rustic accomodation. Not a hotel if that's what you're looking for. We came here looking for a camping style cabin nd that's exactly what we got: heater, beds and a private bathroom was a plus! Take your toiletries and comfy towel if you are used to luxury. The microwave and fridge was a great amenity to have. Also they had dishes. I didn't need to use mine. Staff was very friendly! Again, to find luxury get a hotel, for rustic stay this was great (we are campers usually). TV and hot water were working contrary to other reviews. Internet is slow but we were there to spend time in nature.

I was told that Expedia overbooked and I was told to go to another motel 20 miles away. The motel I went to had only dirty rooms which they cleaned while we waited and it was about 2 times the price. Expedia and this hotel is the worst experience I have had

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I don't know what pictures they are using to describe these cabins but they are smaller than a tool shed. 2 suitcases would not fit in this room. The bed is smaller than a full size bed- oh and it's on the ground. you walk into a trailer to check in. So I walked immediately out and booked the first quality room available. It's been 2 days and still haven't heard from the manager about a refund. Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!

It was good. It was a small town, countryside kind of property outside the Glacier park. The price is quite good as compared in the area. Please use access via Browning instead of coming short cut through the Glacier park from St Mary. It is beautiful, scenic but a lot of zigzag through the mountains. There are few dining spots in the area.

Do Not stay at this property! Booked a 3 night stay to be billed at the property when we stayed according to Expedia. Room was charged to our credit card immediately upon booking. Room charged again to my credit card the day we checked out which I disputed with the credit card company and then EGM tried to charge my card again on 8/24. The room we reserved did not seem exists-one queen bed and one king bed - at least we never saw it. First we were given a small cabin with one bed, we told them we paid for two beds so was given another small cabin with two beds both of which had no where to put luggage they were so small. Finally we were moved to a room with two queen beds. The carpet was filthy and looked liked it had not been vacuumed in weeks.The vinyl floor in the kitchenette and bathroom was dirty and torn. The curtain rod was not long enough to cover the window which looked out onto the parking lot so one end of the curtain was tacked to the wall and we were able to hook the other end onto the window casing for privacy. There was no blow dryer, no tissue in the tissue box and paint was chipping off the walls. The pictures on Expedia of rooms and property are misleading. The property is run down and we did not see any rooms that looked like the pictures. The bright spot was the two people trying to run the place were working hard but had little to work with. Tried to contact owner about another incorrect charge but email and phone messages were never returned.
