Perfect Stay
The house was excellent and as advertised. A lot of large spaces…pool and tennis court was excellent. Great location with a short drive to downtown East Hampton and beaches. Hosts were extremely accessible for any necessary question or help. I would recommend the property.

Great house in the Hamptons
Beautiful house between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Came with my extended family with kids ages 11 months- 6 years old. Overall we had a great time and the house served us well. I would just check with the owner about what is actually included because the listing wasn’t always accurate.

Great family getaway!
The house was clean, spacious and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils and plenty of coffee mugs and wine glasses. We enjoyed the pool, the sauna, the tennis court and ping-pong table. All were well maintained. It was convenient having numerous beach towels available. Having two washers and dryers was a plus, as well. We recommend this house for a relaxing getaway.

Great house but lacked basic necessities
The house was beautiful and clean. After a long drive, we thought the house would have been ready for guests as we were told the housekeeper had just been there. Two of the toilets were not working, the lack of water pressure in the entire house so we could not take showers, and there wasn't any bag in the kitchen garbage bin. It would have been great if the pool was not heated but it was not turned on. There were no instructions on how to work the projector downstairs. Someone did come over the next morning to fix everything. It's just disappointing to come to such a beautiful space and our basic needs and expectation of what the house has to offer was not met for our short stay.

Summer family stay
Overall a great property with updated interiors in a nice/secluded location. There were a couple of mild inconveniences which were very quickly handled by the owner who was quick to communicate. The tennis court and pool were used everyday and very well maintained . There is no longer a peloton bike. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Outstanding in every way!
My family of 4, which includes our 12 year old twins, loved every moment being at Rob's home! From the moment you drive through the gates and then walk in the door, you know you've made the best decision. What makes this place so special is the huge open floor plan, the expansive outdoor space with the biggest, most inviting pool and a tennis court that is suited for a pro, the ping pong table that is well positioned to create very intense ping pong tournaments, to all of the modern appliances, - I can go on and on! Rob was available at all times and we were so pleased with his level of communication and his highest level of commitment in making sure we enjoyed every moment. The beds were all comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and modern, the sauna was amazing and the finished basement with the projector was a great place for the kids to hang and watch movies. We hope to be able to do a repeat next summer!

Great place for a family vacation!
Our family of adult “kids” and partners had a great time at Rob’s! Extremely comfortable home with great amenities, along with lots of room to spread out. The tennis court was a huge hit! We were disappointed not to know prior to booking that there would be extra charges to us to heat the pool, however this ended up a non-issue for us as we opted not to heat the pool. We would definitely stay again and recommend!

Very Enjoyable Winter Stay
My family had a very nice stay here between Christmas and New Year's. The house is spacious and clean, with comfy couches in the large living room and tons of light. We enjoyed watching movies on the big screened tv in the living room while having a real wood-fire burning in the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. It was great to be able to take our dog, and the beach sunsets in winter are spectacular!

This house was perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty of room and plenty to do. The house was also centrally located for short trips out. The pool is huge and there's lots of rafts to use which was especially nice. We used the BBQ several times, the sauna, tennis court, foosball - all in all it was a wonderful week with my children and granddaughter.

All you need...
We enjoyed a late summer vacation at Rob's beautiful home. The house is clean, well-appointed and centrally located. The best part of the house is the outdoor living space, which included a large pool, tennis court and huge wooden deck overlooking all. Rob is a very responsive host and I highly recommend a visit!
