**ACTIONS REQUIRED BEFORE CHECK-IN:** Please provide us with your full name
and email address, where we will send you a Driver's Community Registration
Form. It will be sent to you by email shortly after we receive information
from you.
**IMPORTANT:** The Driver's Community Registration Form is required to be
filled out in order to get access passes for the gates for the period of your
stay because the property is located in a private gated community. We have to
have the filled-out form 4 days prior to your arrival to guarantee you access
to our community.
**PLEASE NOTE:** In case the form is received later than 4 days before
arrival, filled incorrectly, or needs any changes later than 4 days prior to
your arrival, we will have to request you to cover an extra 100$, which will
be used to pay community late registration fee/fine. Please be informed that
rental cars also fall under that rule unless the car is rented earlier than 4
days before arrival or information is known earlier as well. Last-minute
reservations accepted less than 4 days before their arrival will have to
cover an extra 100$ for the same purposes
**CHECK-IN INFORMATION / KEY PICKUP:** Check-in: anytime after 5PM. Check-
out: anytime before 11AM. Checking in/out outside the policy is subject to
availability or an extra fee, same as leaving luggage after your check out.
Upon arrival, you will be granted access to the community for the period of
your stay at the property.
Please make yourself familiar with all the following.
\- The security and administrators in the community repeatedly emphasize to
all homeowners and guests that there is ABSOLUTELY NO SPEEDING in the
community and that the maximum speed is 15-25 miles depending on the zone.
One guest was recently ticketed for $280 by the community security. Please be
careful to avoid such fines.
\- At the security gate, every driver must present his/her Driver License and
car registration card. You will be asked for first and last name, property
address, cars model, and license plate in order to get through the gate.
\- The community administrators and security are very strict about fireworks –
so Absolutely No Fireworks as they WILL issue fines.
\- No noise outside (including deck) after 10 pm, fines are from $150. We have
smart system that controls noise level and it will make a sound if noise level
is above average and registers such in the system.
\- You need to enter via the "Penn Estates" (our community's name) Welcome
Center entrance, in order to get a temporary pass for your car. There is also
a back entrance, but you cannot enter from there, even if you have the car
pass, you can only exit from that one. Some guests recommend inputting the
"Penn Estates Welcome Center" into your GPS (525 Penn Estates Dr, East
Stroudsburg, PA 18301, coming from Hallet Drive).
