Very well kept property. Check-in/checkout was fast and easy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere in room as well as walking through the hallway. Double thumbs up!!

Quiet, under renovation
Check in at 6pm, and it was a ghost town. Huge interior which connects 2 buildings. Room view was of the conference room lobby, with an empty pool beyond. Room was clean, modern, comfortable. A/C was not working, so felt like a steam room. Manager said they would address.

I have seen negative comments about this property. The facilities are in need of upgrading from Carrier Circle hey-day. The pool was out of service when we were there. Acknowledging that, We felt safe, the staff (h/t Abdul) was excellent, the room was large and well kept, the continental breakfast was well supplied and the guest conversation was satisfying. In sum: good value for money spent in my opinion.

Good: Price was reasonable, Staff was kind, informative and responsive. Breakfast was great because we had the whole place to ourselves. Well stocked and clean! Bad: Very Poorly lit, Drove right by because no lit sign. Weeds near entrance were Spooky. Didn't have a safe feel. Room: Stains on Bed spread, tile broken in bathroom was leaking rust and dirt. Stain on floor. Toilet seat was dangerously loose Beds were comfortable though

We booked this last minute. Pleasantly surprised by the clean rooms, decent breakfast and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Quiet and respectful guests made our stay well worth the reasonable rates. Would certainly stay on our next trip to Syracuse.

Hotel is definitely undergoing renovations, but the lobby, main areas, hallways and our room were very nice and clean. The appliances and outlets in the room all worked properly and the air conditioner blew so cold! It was lovely! The bathroom was outdated and needed some paint and minor repairs but it was very clean and had great towels. The lack of landscaping and overgrown weeds made the hotel look abandoned but once entering the lobby, we were very pleasantly surprised! We will totally stay here again in the future, especially once it is fully renovated.

Stay away. pictures are lying.
The condition of the room was very poor. dirty laminate floor, moldy look in the bathroom. no bathroom ventilation. sketchy environment. After I booked with hotels.com, I received an email stating the property was under reno and no amenities would be available. That should have been posted on hotels.com. But ok... price was right and I didn't need the pool. But the overall condition of the room was poor, the Carrier Circle area was very sketchy.

This property was overbooked because of a convention. It had recently been shifted over from a Ramada, and after dealing with the front desk, we were transferred to a corresponding other hotel. The gentleman was doing his best with what the information he had, but it was clearly an unnecessary mixup due to poor management or bad interfacing with Expedia.
