Ideal place for couples to see Friesland
We stayed eight nights during which we were joined by another couple for four nights The apartment provides more than adequate private and shared space decorated in a bohemian nautical style with proviso that, being Dutch, it all works! We used the balcony most days and the local bar restaurant four times. Recommend Catharina is extremely helpful. We arrived on a Sunday after a week on road and she laid up some things to get us through Monday morning. She kindly did a load of washing to get us sorted. Nice walk from property into the fields and well located for touring. Our favourites were Ceramic Museum in Leeuwarden and Sneek/ Harlingen but you’re spoilt for choice There are steep stairs so not suitable in reduced mobility situations. Otherwise recommend without reservation

Wonderful warm and cozy!
The owners of the property were absolutely fantastic! We arrived late on our first day and they stayed up to greet us! The rooms were perfect size for all our guests, and they were clean and modern for an old farm house. The owners offered to let us wash our clothes and gave us wonderful hints on restaurants and sites to see. Thank you Catharina for your very warm welcome and making us feel right at home. Will absolutely be returning for another visit!

Zu diesem Preis nicht empfehlenswert
Beschreibung in der Anzeige entspricht nicht der Realität. Es liegt ein deutliches Missverhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung vor! In der Anzeige wird von einem „Haus mit drei Zimmern und drei Bädern“ gesprochen. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern und zwei Bädern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus des abgebildeten Hauses und ist nur durch eine zugestellte Garage und sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Die Wohnung inkl. Dachterrasse (vertrockneten Blumenkübeln, drei Sitzmöglichkeiten mit sehr ungepflegten Auflagen, vom Sonnenschirm existiert nur noch das Metallgestell) macht einen äußerst ungepflegten Eindruck. Das zweite kleine Zimmer mit Alkoven zum Schlafen musste von zwei Erwachsenen notgedrungen genutzt werden, war aber nicht zumutbar. Es gab weder Schrank noch sonstige Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung etc., im anderen Zimmer war ein Schrank vorhanden, aber nicht nutzbar, da dieser voll war. In beiden Bädern keine Steckdosen, (Föhnen und Rasieren auf dem Flur). Lüfter in einem der beiden Bäder aus der Decke gerissen (direkt über der Dusche). Küchenausstattung äußerst mangelhaft, zB. je 2 Bier- und 2 Weingläser für 8 Personen!, zu wenig Besteck, keine großen Töpfe, weder Schüsseln noch Schalen, keine Stereoanlage und Musikbibliothek, keine Waschmaschine. Das Eisfach war komplett vereist und nicht nutzbar. Geschirr unsauber in den Schubladen, benutzte Gläser im Wandregal, Dusche und Handwaschbecken im Bad des größeren Zimmers liefen nicht ab.

Mooi ingericht appartement
Fraai ingericht appartement met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers en een woon-/ eetruimte met keuken. De kamers hebben elk hun eigen Friese thema. Zelfs het servies is Fries. Mooie landelijke omgeving. De eigenaar verhuurt ook een motorbootje, waarmee je in de omgeving kun varen. Dit hebben we twee keer gedaan en is zeker aan te raden. Al met al een heerlijke kennismaking met Friesland!

Wunderbarer Urlaub!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Praktisch war, dass jedes Zimmer eine eigenes Bad hatte. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr entspannt und unkompliziert, wir haben viele Tipps für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten erhalten. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 1.Stock des wunderschönen, alten Hauses und ist über eine kleine, steile Treppe zu erreichen. Der Boden im Wohn- / Esszimmerbereich ist aus altem Echtholz. Die offene Wohnküche hat einen langen Esstisch, an welchem 6 Personen bequem Essen und Spielen können. Die Küche ist mit schönem Geschirr ausgestattet. Es gibt allerdings nur 2 Kochplatten, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. In jedem Schlafzimmer und auch im Wohnzimmer war eine kleine Soundbox vorhanden, so dass man überall seine Musik via Handy abspielen konnte. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes WC mit Dusche. Insgesamt ist es sauber und ordentlich. Der Balkon liegt in südöstliche Richtung und lädt bei Sonnenschein zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir am Haus unterstellen. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant, welches wir sehr empfehlen können! Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können diese Ferienwohnung und die sehr netten Vermieter weiterempfehlen!
