Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood on the oceanside. So close to everything that it is no wonder our guests rave about our location. We are the best place to call "home" while visiting the Cape.

The backyard is very large and has several flower cutting gardens but is still considered "shared" space even though you may never see anyone else. The dock is shared space if anyone else happens to be around as well.

Sometimes you can hear the coyotes yipping and howling down by the pond in the evening too (as long as they don't sense any humans around).
Though the outdoor sink, waterfall and lotus pond on the patio are winterized to protect the pipes, the outdoor spaces remain tranquil and inviting. The porch furniture is stored for the season, but the fire pit and patio grill are ready for your use, ensuring you can still enjoy the fresh winter air.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed overlooking the pond, premium linens, wall hung fireplace, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. The second bedroom includes a pillowtop queen bed, a loft single bed, and an additional single bed—all with plush bedding and cozy comforters.

The full bath offers a deep tub for relaxing bubble baths, complete with spa-quality amenities. A handheld shower bar and fluffy Turkish towels add an extra layer of luxury.

Look for the Guest Parking sign and the path to the entrance on the LEFT side of the house. The property is large and the Cape has few street lights so it takes a little more effort if arriving after dark. Let us know your arrival time ahead of time and we can make it easier for you.
