I respect the autonomy of my guests and can easily be reached by facetime, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, or yodeling. Communication with guests is important to us. Please be sure you have app notifications turned on for your phone as this will be our means of communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. Our digital guidebooks contain directions, instructions, and access information. It is your responsibility to review this information prior to arrival.

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood on the oceanside. So close to everything that it is no wonder our guests rave about our location. We are the best place to call "home" while visiting the Cape.

The backyard is very large and has several flower cutting gardens but is still considered "shared" space even though you may never see anyone else. The dock is shared space if anyone else happens to be around as well.

As autumn paints the Cape with vibrant colors, immerse yourself in the charm of fall at our serene vacation rental. After a day of beachcombing, exploring charming local shops, and bike riding on our electric bikes, unwind with a leisurely stroll down the dock. Settle into an Adirondack chair, wrapped in a cozy blanket, and watch as flocks of birds dance above the pond, searching for their next meal. Feed the ducks or admire the geese gliding gracefully by, creating a picturesque autumn scene.

Take advantage of the crisp fall air by launching the canoes or kayaks we provide for a peaceful tour around the pond. Keep your eyes peeled for red-tailed hawks soaring overhead, turtles peeking through the pond's smooth surface, and wild turkeys roaming through the yard as you sip your morning coffee on your private porch.

As the sun sets and the air cools, light a fire in your private fire pit with the wood we provide. Enjoy a gourmet s'mores party or simply bask in the warmth of the fire while sharing stories under the stars. Afterward, indulge in the hot tub, or treat yourself to a long, luxurious bath with our spa amenities. Slip into a plush Lotus robe and relax on the comfortable king bed, where the magnificent pond view will leave you breathless.
The spacious second bedroom features a queen bed and a loft bed, accommodating extra guests or family members, all outfitted with the finest linens for a restful night’s sleep. The full bath includes a tub, shower, and convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after your fall adventures in the crisp autumn weather.

For entertainment, the Roku TV allows easy streaming of your favorite shows, bring your favorite albums or listen to a small selection of ours on the retro record player. A washer and dryer in the apartment add to your comfort.

The private patio features a new grill and outdoor kitchen area, perfect for hosting a harvest feast or enjoying outdoor dining with the stunning pond as your backdrop. Relax on the swinging porch bed or in the egg chair, ideal for afternoon naps or reading while soaking in the beautiful fall scenery.
Shared amenities are just the private dock down on the pond, offering a tranquil spot to unwind. While the property includes another cottage behind a privacy fence on the other side of the property, our shared space is minimal, ensuring your retreat remains peaceful and private.

For Airbnb: A quick note on who you are paying for what, because lately everyone asks some version of who am I paying for what and to who. We set two things. One. The nightly rate for the home itself which we keep as fair as possible for this area. Two. The cleaning fee matches what our professional cleaning company charges to clean and reset a home this size. Those are the only amounts we control. Airbnb collects its own platform service fee for using the Airbnb site and support. Airbnb may include that platform fee in the total price you see here instead of showing it as a separate line which can make it look like it is part of what we charge. It is not. That amount goes to Airbnb. You will also see taxes as a separate line. Those taxes are required by state and local rules for this area. We do not set the tax rates, and we do not keep those funds. Airbnb calls this “fee transparency”.



Look for the Guest Parking sign and the path to the entrance on the LEFT side of the house. The property is large and the Cape has few street lights so it takes a little more effort if arriving after dark. Let us know your arrival time ahead of time and we can make it easier for you.
