These people had AC when Holiday Inn, a block down the road did not and they have the same units, ie (Amana). Holiday Inn blamed it on a 93 degree day but Hamptons worked just fine. The ladies were awesome getting us a room after our first location failed for our stay at the Holiday. The room was nice but the bed was super uncomfortable. It was stiff and felt like it hadn't been changed in years. It was hard and the bed squeaked like I was at my great grand mother's home. Thank you again

The mini split unit in room 102 needs replaced. It is loud and noisy. The room doesnā€™t appear to have a good vent fan as the humidity was so high that the floors were tacky in the carpet and rotor in the tile the whole time. The staff was super friendly and are aware of the ac unit issues. I believe there is a plan to replace the unit. Overall, good stay.

It was clean. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. The rooms were good. However, it was noisy. There are rooms between the pool and housecleaning area on the first floor. Well after 11:00 pm there were kids banging on doors in the hall. At 6:30 a.m. housekeeping/maintenance staff came and were very loud. Some gentleman was singing and yelling. If the hotel is going to sell these rooms then work on the noise factors. Otherwise, donā€™t sell these rooms.
