This Holiday Inn actually had air conditioning that worked. The front desk lady who checked us in called us after 20 min to make sure the air conditioner was working fine compared to our last experience a few days ago at their neighboring Holiday Inn. The place is nice and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is, get the clump of someone else's long hair out of the shower, yes I got a picture as I have short hair; leave some K cup pods in the room besides the 1 decaf pod that was in there. There were no regular coffee pods, wasn't refilled. Last but not least the rooms don't get cool enough at night time with the control they have on those air conditioners. It got hot overnight in the room and its hard to keep the blankets on. Overall, I would return to this hotel.

Holiday Inn offers a clean, comfortable overnight stay. We loved the bathroom room amenities provided. We have two complaints that we would like to bring to their attention. The first is that we had to wait to get into our room. We tried to check in at 3:30 and the room still wasn't ready. We had to leave at that time for an event, so we weren't able to check in until 9 pm. Secondly, we purchased the breakfast for two for $15 at the time of booking. At breakfast the next day, we were handed a menu with choices, and we each ordered an omelette and a cup of coffee, assuming the choices were included with the coupon we purchased. The waitress brought our bill and stated they took $20 off our bill of $25 and stated we needed to pay the difference of $5. No where did it state they would only cover up to $20. Just that breakfast for two could be purchased for $15. Please be up front as to what the coupon actually covers or indicate on the menu what items are included with the coupon. Finally, we love Johnny's steakhouse for the good food and ambience.
