Snowmobile Trail 8 Directly Across the Road

Snowmobile Trail 8 is directly across the road. Drive right from the property to the trail. There is plenty of room for parking trailers. Located between Munising and Marquette. A great place to stay while exploring the UP.

Need room for more than 6 people? Send a message when you book to request the bunkhouse along with the main cabin. The bunkhouse is an additional $75 a night and sleeps 4.

If you don't request the bunkhouse the reservation will be for the larger main cabin. The bunkhouse is not rented separately from the main cabin and you will have the entire yard to yourself regardless if you book one cabin or both.

The property is off M-94 and there is a little road noise.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

The bunkhouse includes:

With both houses rented we can accommodate up to 10 people.

There are hooks to hang gear on in the main house and the bunkhouse. Large yard to enjoy during the summer.

Circle drive with room to park ATV/Snowmobile trailers.

Trail 8 is right across the road.

Perfect Home for Exploring the UP
This was the perfect home base for exploring all that the Marquette and Munising areas have to offer! The nearby Pub in Chatham had surprisingly great food and wonderful service.

Beautiful home in a tranquil setting
We loved this place! Easy to find and near so many wonderful tourist locations. All the comforts you need are provided in this lovely and super clean home. Kimberly was quick to respond to us and was a pleasure to rent from. We highly reccomend this home and will make it our go to everytime we are north. My husband even said he would buy this property if it ever went up for sale!

Had all the little things that make a big difference
This was a great property and the owners thought of everything. They had fans for every room which my kids loved cause they like to sleep with a fan on every night. It also helped move the cold air around from the air unit in the dining room. They also had charging cables at each bedside so we didn't need to bring out our own and try to find places to plug them in. It is out in the country but perfectly situated to enjoy all the attractions in the area. The kitchen also looked very well stocked but we did not really use anything. Would definitely recommend.

Marquette & Munising Trips
The house is in a great location between both Munising & Marquette. We were also 13 min from Au Train Beach. The house was super clean and anything you need was available inside. Kim & Ed were excellent hosts. We kayaked Pictured Rocks, went to Miners Beacg, hiked several waterfalls and also Miners Castle on our Munising day. In Marquette, we hiked Sugarloaf Mountain, hiked Presque Isle and jumped into Lake Superior off the Black Rocks! We had a campfire all 3 nights we were there. The house accommodated all 10 of us easily! I would highly recommend this house!

Property is in great location and easy drive to Pictured Rocks, Falls , beaches etc. Property was clean and private. Main house was cute and they left a thoughtful basket for doggie supplies. Bunk house is older and nothing fancy but supplies all your basic needs. Would stay here again.

Great property for snowmobiling
We stayed for a snowmobile vacation. The property is across the street from trail 8. There is lots of parking for trucks and snowmobile trailers and a garage if you need to work on sleds. The house is well equipped. Kim is great at keeping you posted about trail conditions and promptly answering any questions you might have. Highly recommend!

I really felt at home here. We stayed mid-August.It's close to all the falls in the area and 20 minutes away from both Munising and Marquette. Very nice updated cabin. It has a bath and a half. Which if helpful when you bring the family. Didn't use it, but washer and dryer was there as well.

Perfect!
Kim was incredibly responsive and helpful. The property/yard was large (we have a large dog) and very well maintained & clean. The rental felt more like a home away from home - cozy, clean and very nicely appointed. The place was well stocked with toiletries, paper products etc. We were just a short drive from Pictured Rocks, a modest drive to Marquette and a reasonable drive to Tahquamenon Falls. When we go to the UP again, we will almost assuredly stay here again!

Close to the Ice Caves
We wanted to stay close to the Ice Caves and you can't beat this location. The cabin has been updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. I've never stayed anywhere that had a kitchen that accommodated ever need. Perfect eating area and cozy couch. I would recommend this VRBO for your upper Michigan travels.

What a great place with all the amenities of home! I liked the large kitchen, the coffee bar, the huge couch and T.V., plus this place is close to Au Train and just a short drive to Marquette. I like the quiet forest and the ease of check-in. I would definitely stay again!

Great location with lots of room and amenities
This place had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to cook a lot of our meals with their fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and bedding. Also, this was the perfect location to be able to travel to tehquamenon falls, Kitch-iti-kipi, and pictured rocks within 3 days. Looking forward to staying again ❤

Cute cabin
Property was located on a busier road than I anticipated, it was not a huge issue but there is road noise if your not used to it. Cabin was clean and neat, beds need replacing but again not a huge issue we only stayed 2 days. Yard is huge and there is fire wood supplied which is wonderful! Kitchen is well stocked and there is a washer and dryer accessible. It was convenient location for us to go to Munising to site see.

Great place to stay for our family with 3BR and 1.5 Baths. Kitchen was huge with large table for meals and games. Outdoor grill made for great burger grilling. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Great ice cream place a mile away. Large property with plenty of firewood.and outdoor chairs. Privacy and quietness.

Finding Nature!!
This property is just beautiful. The original plan was 2 nights, and we just love it so much we ask for 1 more night and Kim and ed were super nice and fast an allow us to stay. Location is central if like us you like to explore every place we could. The house had everything we need it( I pack stuff I did not need it) so just grab your clothes and go. Thank you guys for allowing us to enjoy your place and reconnect as a family
