Attention::: the first two weeks of Aprils pricing is for the total lunar eclipse. 3 night minimum. Breakfast and Dinner is included. This is Our Bed and Breakfast. This is an ADULT ONLY establishment. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our charming little farm. Where Us and our Dogs, Cat, and Chickens live here.. We’ll be sharing it with you(Dogs and Cat). We’ll give you as much Privacy as we can. Be sure to bring your cocktails and snacks, and your dinner stuff because there isn’t any place very close to eat.
We have Parking for fishing boats, a screened in front porch, 4ft fire pit, covered hot tub, a pool (in the summer), and free fishing on property.
We’re 5 miles away from Patoka Lake Marina and Park. Where there is lots of recreational things to do(swim,trails,hunt, and fish). We also have 3+ wineries, a Dollar General and a couple of gas stations (convenient stores) nearby. There is lots of things to do around the area, if your willing to drive a little bit. French Lick Casino, Go Carts, Putt Putt Golf, Holiday World theme park, and a drive through Safari.
We’ll cook you a Great Big Breakfast to start your full day of things you’ll be doing, or to just relax in or around our Hilltop Hideaway.

This listing is a Homestay. Guests use the same entrance as the hosts and share the kitchen, living room, and the eating area with the hosts. Guests do have their own bedroom and bathroom, but the walls are thin. The hosts seemed nice, but privacy is minimal.

Heaven on earth
My husband and I stayed a week at Hilltop Hideaway with our hosts. We enjoyed every minute there! Our room was charming. The bath was well stocked with soft towels. We spent the majority of time in the pool. So relaxing. Both Shannon and Karrie cook awesome breakfast. I spent some time learning about their chickens and most of the wildlife around. I cant say enough about Shannon and Karrie. They are such caring and considerate hosts. We cannnot forget to mention their security staff. The pets. Chief, Seagram, Gus and Tezzy. They do an exemplary job! You cant go wrong staying with them!

Hospitality at its Finest
We enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Hideaway. It was very easy to get to and close to Lake Patoka, where we were boating for the day. It was a nice place to come back to and relax for the evening. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and watching Shannon and his wife fish in their small pond at the bottom of the property. It was fun seeing all of their animals and learning about the care of the chickens. We learned some new things we did not know about. We appreciated all the little extras in the bathroom. They made us feel very welcome and we appreciate them sharing their home with us.

Very amazing Bed n Breakfast. The hosts were wonderful, down to earth people who treated us like extended family. GREAT BREAKFAST, and the bed was very comfortable. Their dogs were so loving, too. Chickens, goats, rabbits, chipmunks, and birds to watch, also! We enjoyed all the relaxing amenities- pool, hot tub, outdoor swings, and pond for fishing. Also great hiking in the area and more outdoor recreation at Patoka Lake a few miles away. French Lick with casino is only 20 minutes away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STAY. We will return!

The perfect home away from home!
Theres not enough time or words to throughly say how mucn we enjoyed our stay. Firstly the property was very clean and absolutely beautiful. My wife was saying over and over how cute and cozy wveeything was. We went for our anniversary and they went above and beyond to help us celebrate our special trip and the breakfast they made us in the morning was to die for! Definitely worth booking you will not be disappointed

Friendly cabin and farm
This cabin sits up on a hill with an excellent view of the moon and stars. The pets and farm animals are wonderfully sweet. The owers were kind and thoughtful wanting to take care of your every need. Its very quiet at night and the coffee and breakfast was filling and delicious.

Great hospitality
My sister and I stayed just one night but wished we could stay longer. The hosts were more than friendly and caring for our every need. We had a great time enjoying the beauty of the rustic log home, animals and surrounding. Enjoyed swinging and talking on the screen front porch in the evening and the fresh eggs served at breakfast were delicious!
