I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and I have never had the room cleaned up. When we arrived they gave us a room that smelled like a smoking room it was horrible , we had to go down again to get a new room. Then during breakfast the lady told us that it was included and at check out they charge it and the front desk agent Lina said that she shouldn't told us that !! Horrible experience .

The shower door doesn’t close properly so the water kept spilling out. There was also tape on the walls, I’m assuming from the previous room occupants. However, the front desk staff and lobby staff were really nice and helpful.

We decided to stay in New Jersey instead of downtown NYC for our 3 day visit to avoid the night noise. It’s a lovely place to walk around & we could catch a local bus to NYC Port Authority ($4 each). Once there, we walked for hours exploring all the sights we wanted to see.
