Frustrated beyond belief that the laundry room (and all other amenities) is “under renovation” for an unknown length of time. Frustrated that I extended my 7 day stay another 7 days and was forced to move to a room downstairs and halfway across the hotel, with no notice until 11am the day of check out. Frustrated that my second room is missing handles on dresser drawers, a privacy curtain on the windows, and the mini fridge is completely frosted over. This place is fine if you need a bed and shower ONLY. If you’re looking for anything else, look elsewhere.

I have stayed here 4 weeks in a row. This week I dealt with roaches , condoms in front my door and a dirty period pad in the room. Staff did nothing but clean the room which forced us to leave the room at 9am in the cold. I loved this place but I will never be returning. Cancel the stay I had booked for a thanksgiving.

We were here for a lax tournament…..in the Summer. Lots of ppl for the same reason. Second floor ice machine. Out of order….. I’m just reviewing this now because I stayed here AGAIN… that’s on me…. But second floor ice machine…. Still brown. Go figure.
