Great value hotel close to Edinburgh Airport
Room was really spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and offered lots of choice. Close to Edinburgh Airport- just hop on a bus right outside the door. Really enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend.

Not as memorable as previous visits. As regular visitors we felt that the service was not as personal or accommodating as it had been. No bathrobes or slippers within our Suite despite assurances beforehand that they would be provided. Slippers never did arrive. Smart internet options on TV did not work and despite efforts by maintenance this was never rectified during our 3 day visit. Was told that the issue was as a result of the hotel move from a Marriot to Delta?? No washing gel provided in shower and was a trial to obtain this. The other products provided were secured to the wall. Confusion over when our room was due to be serviced as policy is every 3 days but as we had a 3 day stay this apparently did not apply to our room during our visit. Was an unnecessary struggle to have the room serviced. As a result of the various small but annoying issues experienced during our first few days which were so unlike our previous experiences we were very kindly offered a free meal and drink within the bar which we gratefully accepted but despite assurances that a voucher for this would be delivered to our room immediately this was never provided to us during our entire stay. As I am sure you will appreciate, the reason for undertaking such a visit is to relax and enjoy the experience and comforts that a modern hotel can offer but unlike previous visits this experience did not live up to expectations. On the plus side, the room was spacious and the staff at breakfast were wonderful

We arrived well early, but they let us leave the car and go explore, then check in once we return. There is an £8 charge for carpark use. My wife is gluten intolerant and they offered bread from one of the top brands. Her first impression of the bathroom was "Waoo it's really clean". The breakfast was very good and everyone can find something. Room was very clean too as always. My daughter was thrilled with the pool. I am glad I choosed this hotel for the first time in Edinburgh for my wife and daughter, it was my second in this hotel. A big thank you for every single staff member to make the stay relaxing and make all the guests feel special.

Outside of the building looks pretty new however inside rooms are dated and require work. First room toilet wouldn’t work second room we went in it was just dated bathroom needs attention easy fixes are visible doesn’t look ascetically pleasing. Staff where nice pool area needs full re vamp as steam room seem to be not working sauna was old and damaged. Place just needs good clean and better touch up.

Great hotel but could be better
Overnight whilst attending the rugby at Murrayfield. Handy for parking and transport. When we got into the room at night wished to watch TV but it kept switching off and same again in morning. Reported it - room 314- at checkout and were told nothing could be done as it’s the weekend and no maintenance staff. Receptionist didnt really seem that interested and not overly apologetic. Lovely room but need better pillows (1 not enough and 2 too much) and duvet certainly would have seen better days. Down at bottom of each section. Shame as room was great spacious well decorated

4 stars because we went for a night just to enjoy the spa as on the website it was written that it closes at 9pm,we arrived at 6:30 and they informed as that it’s closing at 7..so we did not use the spa at all as we left the next morning.
