The night staff were very helpful.. overall staff were friendly place was clean. Elevators were interesting little confusing for people off a long flight with jet lag.. Food was so so wouldn’t recommend strange decor, good breakfast .. Worth the price as far as clean accommodations

This hotel is very convenient if you have an early flight from Edinburgh. Check-in and security are just a (brisk) 10 minute walk away. There’s not much else that would persuade me to stay here. It’s a very clean, efficient hotel with friendly staff. The food on offer is unexceptional, but perfectly OK.

The room was adequate for an airport overnight stay. Would have been nicer to have had bath towels to shower rather than hand towels and perhaps a biscuit to go with tea and coffee. Close to the airport, easy to find.

Ideal location for the airport
The hotel is in a great location for easy walking distance to the airport - the hotel is quirky but lacking atmosphere. The area to eat food is set up very informally without many proper tables to eat at and the bar staff were nice but the member of staff serving us had to ask her colleagues how to make the drinks so they weren’t the best we’ve ever had. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was very good.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Edinburgh Airport. Easy to check in and find parking...but time will tell if their car registration process works. You enter your plate number and number of nights staying, but it's strangely not tied to your name or room number. I paid for 1 night of parking after completing the registration...hopefully I don't get charged again. Food was good, quick to arrive. Would recommend.

Eating area/diner - chilly at this time of year (Nov). Also room area chilly and air conditioning not responsive/ instructions would help. Curtain broken in Rm 237. Breakfast excellent- evening dining less good. Staff friendly and helpful. Allocation of Family Rm/Disabled Rm particularly appreciated as not specifically requested. Reception staff perceptive. Would return - dependent on terms.

Reception had a strong smell of oil and fried food. Very unpleasant. The bed I found to be hard and as I have joint problems could not sleep. 1 softer pillow could have made a difference as could have put it under my hips
