You’ll find 21 courses along 30 miles of picturesque coastline and we are a short, pleasant walk to Muirfield, Archerfield Links and The Renaissance Club, host of The Genesis Scottish Open until 2025.
One The Red House is the perfect base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland where rural farmland meets the sea, all just a 40-minute drive from Edinburgh.
“A faultless experience. The flat is perfectly placed, we used it as a hub to Edinburgh to get out of the hustle and bustle and see some stunning scenery and it delivered everything we could have wished for. We would highly rate and recommend this stay to anyone thinking about it. The beaches and towns nearby are postcard perfect and the community are really lovely people. We would stay again in heartbeat. Thank you for the stay.”

Accessing the property

“What a beautiful apartment! There was absolutely nothing missing. Sending the Welcome Book a few days before arrival was a great way of providing all the information for a perfect stay. One The Red House is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, going for a picnic or just relaxing. Also worth to mention is that the entire apartment was spotlessly clean.
Communication with Tracey was very fast and she helped with additional directions for walking to the Renaissance Club. The pub next door (The Castle Inn) is another big plus - very friendly people, delicious pub food and very good recommendation for a good whiskey. If I come back to the area, I will definitely book it again.”
