The space
The property has a bright open plan living and dining area. The living area features comfortable sofas, coffee table alongside a smart TV with Netflix. The space offers a dining table which comfortably seats six, offering one of two perfect areas for socialising. The property stands out from others in the area with its beautiful bright conservatory with comfortable seating which is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals throughout your stay. There is a family sized fridge/freezer alongside a washing machine and condenser dryer.
The main bedroom features a double bed with built-in hanging space and cupboard for clothes storage. This space is also large enough for an additional single guest bed on request or travel cot which is provided within the property.
Bedroom two features a double bed and a single bed making it the perfect space for a family with a young child or single members of your party. This also includes hanging space and drawer space.
Bedroom three at the end of the hallway is a single bedroom which consists of one single bed, hanging and drawer space.

Outdoor space
This property features a wonderful outdoor space to the side and rear of the property. The rear of the property features an open patio space with a table and chairs throughout the summer months perfect for socialising and outdoor dining.

Guests have access to the full property, conservatory, side and rear gardens. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe, of which details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There are free on-street parking bays directly outside of the property.

Property is on a direct bus route to Edinburgh with the closest bus stop being a 3 minute walk away from the property.
There are two train stations in the near-by towns Longniddry and Prestonpans which can get you into the heart of Edinburgh for a day of sightseeing in under 20 minutes.
The property is dog friendly but we ask that dogs are supervised within the garden areas.
