Lovely hotel and staff!
The hotel was beautiful but I have to say the staff were what stood out for me. They were all extremely professional welcoming and very attentive. One of our group is celiac and they catered for him immediately. It was also another persons birthday and they made such a lovely effort to make us all feel very special. The staff in The Level were outstanding and we have had a wonderful break. Thank you

Our room exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel was perfect and the car parking facilities were very particularly useful - and unusual to find within a city break. The club lounge was also a real treat.

Fantastic trip, the staff were extremely pleasant from end to end. I’d recommend getting a club room, extremely spacious and brilliant offerings in the lounge.

Another fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Wonderful staff throughout. Excellent room with fantastic views. First class meal in the restaurant and a very good breakfast to send us on our way. Will definitely return.
