This property has good location with walking distance to city center and attractions. Staffs are friendly and room is clean and comfortable with big space. The food is pretty at at hotel's cafe, good quality and reasonable price. The only issue is no enough parking space, that I spent 30 GBP per night at nearby parking lot. Other all, it's pretty good choice to stay at Edinburgh.

Very average room for the cost. There is a high concentration of street people nearby. Sleeping in doorway right next to hotel exit. Two nights in a row drunks fighting outside our window late at night.

Excellent stay.
Very modern and clean hotel throughout. Lovely spacious room with all amenities required for the modern day traveler. Staff helpful and supportive particularly of my wife’s medical needs, special mention to Glenice and the kind gentleman who provided her shower seat. Very comfortable bed and a good breakfast to send us on our way home.
