Huge breakfast

Hotel in a good location close to most attractions,Quite expensive to stay here,we paid £1140.00 for 4 nights for one room including breakfast.The best things are the Monsoon shower in the room and the Huge Breakfast

Ten Hill Place is basic, but fine for a short stay. The facility is clean and the staff is nice. It’s on a quiet street but close to the Royal Mile. It seems a bit expensive for what it actually offers. I’d recommend it for very quick stays for travelers who are ok with a no-frills experience.

The breakfast that is included with the room has everything that one could ask for. The staff works diligently to make sure the service is top notch. The room was very comfortable and well outfitted. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was fantastic when we eventually got it. Arrived early to have them tell us our booking had been cancelled. Took an hour to sort out, staff were lovely, whilst waiting heard another couple with the same issue. A stressful start to our break. Room was lovely and very comfortable, felt brand new.
