Enjoy bayfront living at this incredible stilted home. Spend relaxing days lounging on the private dock and soaking up the sun. This property is located in the sound, at the far end of the island where you will see the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach - public access is just four minutes down the road. During the early morning, you may even see the happy schools of dolphins feeding. Fishing and crabbing is bountiful off the floating dock at higher tides.

Rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower when you return and continue the fun at home. Ample outdoor space includes a covered patio and a bayfront screened porch with ample seating, alfresco dining, and a ceiling fan.

Inside, an inviting living area offers a TV for entertainment. A kids’ playhouse adds a thoughtful touch for your little ones (no adults, please). Find everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals. The sleek modern kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of appliances.

Five well-appointed bedrooms are spread across two levels. Accessible via a spiral staircase, the "Crow's Nest" creates an intimate perch with panoramic sunsets and views of the marina, Big Bay Creek, and the ocean.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
