Hockey teams stayed the whole weekend and took over the entire place, children running noisy everywhere unsupervised. 8-10 year olds took over weight room running everywhere, took over breakfast area messy, did not go swimming to chaotic in there , screaming fits, a very noisy weekend . Garbage in hallways from kids all the time by elevators in every public area, noisy niehgbours all night and every night. Not exaggerating super hyper loud energy everywhere all weekend

The pool was not working. The whole reason we had chosen this hotel was for the pool. The lady at the desk reassured us that it would be working by morning. It was not and the morning person said there wasn’t a chance. It was very disappointing, had they been honest the day before we would have chosen a different hotel

The staff in the restaurant she was very nice, but the food was absolutely horrible. Breakfast was disgusting. I got a clubhouse sandwich. It was so dry. I couldn’t even eat half of her house. I had to ask for mayonnaise to be put on it. They were tomatoes are green onions, but the food that was given to us was very very dry. My husband‘s hamburger was really dry. I complained about my sandwich being so bad I couldn’t eat it, but I have some french fries she quickly brought me out a bowl of french fries left the table didn’t come back the fries were. I wouldn’t even say so so warm we ended up picking up the fries while we were watching the hockey game, but I still had to pay for my meal, which was not worth it at all you better off going to McDonald’s, but the hotel room itself was clean. The staff were nice. They didn’t put washcloths in the bathroom which we had to ask for and we did have to ask for the toilet paper to be restocked because they didn’t automatically restock it when they came in and made the bed.

They took my 250$ deposit saying I was smoking in the room when really what they found was makeup on the floor in front of the mirror where I sat and put on my blush and loose powder, which was ridiculous because u can see the pink blush.

I accidentally clicked on the wrong date when I was booking a room. I contacted Expedia and the Best Western Cedar Park Inn immediately and neither of them would change the date on the booking or refund my money. Expedia and the Staff at this Hotel are THIEVES. I'll never deal with them again.

Hotel was nice, rooma are just a little old. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The only think is there was a door between my room and someone elses next to mine, and I could hear everything they were talking about. So rooms dont have any good sound proofing.

It was the worst and terrible hotel I have ever stayed in . The breakfast is terrible. They did not clean my room. I had no towels, bathroom tissue and missed to pick up the garbage. They also disconnected my room key twice. I was not able to enter my room. When I asked the receptionist about it, she was very rude and aggressive. I had the worst experience of my life. I had anxiety because of this hotel. The staff and management needed to attend customer service course. I am surprised that this hotel was given a permit to operate. They should cancel it because I felt unsafe and my needs were not being met. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed in our room was very lopsided and hard. It would be nice if there was a way to use a visa debit or to pay with debit at the till for security deposits. Having to have to pay an additional ATM fee felt wrong just because you want a $300 room deposit in cash can’t be by Visa Debit. However the room and building was very uncomfortably hot and AC was not working properly. We did find the building safe, and quiet which was nice. Even for how busy it seemed in the city!!!
