Excellent hotel with the exception of the lobby women’s wash. Contrary to the sign on the door it is not accessible. In largest stall the toilet is too short to be used by someone in a wheel chair and there are no grab bars. With bad knees I couldn’t use it.

Service in the restaurant was good. Let us have two lg glasses to take to our room so we didn’t have to use small plastic cups. The room was way too cold. Had to sit with our coats on. When I told the front desk he just looked at me with I look of so what. Who cares. We will not be staying again.

Extremely unclean
Our room was unclean; bedding appeared to be unchanged. There was hair under the sheets and sheets appeared to be unwashed. We always flip bedding back when we arrive, it was so unpleasant we immediately left, not wanting another room in this facility. We took the 2 hour drive home at 10;30 pm with our 3 children.

The staff were friendly and gave good service. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The property was in the middle of being renovated so it was a little chaotic, but it was alright for having a place to sleep and have breakfast.

Checking in was a long wait as there’s only 1 staff assisting costumers. It took us 40 minutes to finish the transaction and we have to return to the line for another key as we booked 2 rooms and we were only given for 1 bedroom. The breakfast is well served and had enough of food. Staff were generous to offer and serve foods. Fair enough for dining. The pool water is a little bit cold. We’re expecting it would be warm.

The receptionist was amazing! she had a long line up ahead of her but was polite poised friendly and very welcoming. Please take the time to thank her efforts - it’s very rare to come across a receptionist that is so welcoming nowadays. Wishing her the very best. She should be acknowledged for her efforts.

This hotel is pet-friendly and this is why we chose this property near to an evening event. It was all right, but I would not rush to stay here again as it is in a very busy intersection.

I had booked a wheelchair accessible room for almost a month.Couldn’t get through the door to the room door and bathroom.Only could in was to have someone have you stand and someone fold the chair and then you could sit on it.When alone this is a dangerous situation.Thank goodness I had a commode and could use.Not any of the housekeepers spoke English.On the Sunday I had a bad case of diarrhea and got some on the furniture and floor and bedding which were cleaned up by us. I guess one of the housekeepers went to her boss crying and complaining and then I was told I had to leave next day.Woman at the desk told me that Expedia would refund what I still was owed. Ok I am finally asking for my refund.Only damage was stained sheets for 60 dollars. I got no paperwork and was refused when I asked for it The only great staff was the people from the kitchen.if you need more information feel free to call me.
