The staff were very friendly and efficient. Lobby was very clean as was elevator and hallways The main revolving door was inoperable while we were there. Our room was ok, carpet and bench showed noticeable wear and tear and baseboards were dirty. But the room and bathroom were very clean besides that. Did not eat at restaurant this time during our stay Walking distance to Roger’s Arena was our main reason for booking

No air flow in the room at all, the room only kept going up in temperature all night - no one could sleep Most hotels especially for $400/ night have a selection of pillows - the pillows were like concrete bricks - $99 days inn has better selection Over all not a great room for the price
