I love the title of the hotel matrix.
My experience at this hotel felt like a vibe from the movie "The Matrix." First, I want to mention that the check-in reception was very nice. I received the best service with a smile, and they guided me through the hotel’s amenities, including restaurants and fitness options. While most of the staff were great, there was one receptionist whose attitude I didn’t appreciate. I don’t remember all their names, but I specifically recall that Michael was very nice. Overall, the front desk staff did a good job, but I hope the one with the poor attitude had a better new year. If not, she might consider finding another job. Despite that disappointment, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, although I was a bit disappointed that there was no swimming pool. Overall, it was a great experience, and I loved my time there!

A good stay.
The premium suite had water issues and was given a junior suite instead , but was given complementary breakfast instead of. That was very nice of them to do so. One thing i was sad to see is that the coffee maker can’t make just hot water. But there was a microwave so that worked instead of. It was nice to see plates, cutlery, cups. I only wish the fireplace worked as it was the reason to choose this hotel over hotel Mac. Also there is no brochure or info in the elevator or in the hall about where ice, exercise room, food info etc. the breakfast was very good and the bathroom was very clean and the exercise room was also very nice. A nice touch was the bathrobes. A good stay.

Overall we have always enjoyed our stay at the Matrix - have stayed there for over 10 years on a annual stay cation -unfortunately items that are advertised did not happen- evening wine tasting/appetizers - buffet breakfast etc - this was not shared during the booking process or upon check in - understand why certain activities may not happen due to business but share the information with the customers as the card key holder still states the activity so the expectation is there - the little things make a difference-
