🧸 ❤️️ Why do children love these rentals the most?. Jacqueline spoils with treats, and lots of toys to play with and enjoy. Baby items, and toys are only left out by request. Please inquire before date of arrival.

- This home is equipped with a Nest Thermostat which makes controlling the heat in winters a breeze.
- Don't stress about parking - we offer a double garage with driveway which is great for our Alberta winters. There is additional FREE parking available on street. ** Larger vehicles do not fit in garage and must park horizontally on the garage pad.
- One bedroom is located on main floor with 3 bedrooms located on second level. Air mattress is available upon request.

This home is centrally located in the heart of the city which is also close to the hot spots for great food, drinks, and entertainment. It's a newer build in an older quiet neighborhood just steps away from the Commonwealth Stadium and the Commonwealth Recreation Centre. The Rec Centre has great pools and gym facilities for all to enjoy.

This home has a basement suite which is rented by amazing long term tenants. Their suite has a private side entrance.

We sincerely apologize but smoking, and parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Quiet times must be followed.
