I dont think they clean the rooms everyday. Out of the 5 days we stayed there, our room was cleaned 1 time but they supplied us with towels, garbage bags and toiletries when needed. We just left our dirty towels and garbage outside our door and was taken right away. They didn't disturb us at all, especially with our puppy, which was nice.

The pictures posted are not a proper representation of this hotel. The lift broke down for 2 days, I was on the fourth floor. My key card was working one minute not the next. I went for breakfast and the server was wearing dirty clothes. The beds are really uncomfortable and the shower is a trickle of water not a shower. Never again!! I was stuck in this pit for 2 weeks, i had no choice because i paid for 2 werks from England.

Decent place to stay.
The room was clean and comfortable but it could do with a face lift. It was also quite dark.Bathroom needs brighter lights over vanity. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for West Edmonton Mall
