This properry is undergoing construction immediately outside all of the interior rooms, as it is the coutyard. The windows are not meant to keep out noise. You'd think, given it is a business based on allowing people to sleep, they would start construction at a later time, but you would be very wrong. Work started at 8 AM every day and was incredibly loud.

No complaints here.
It was really good. Its under construction for renos though but from check in ti check out, service had been great. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was also comfy ( weird thing to say but the pillows are awesome) . Close to u of a & west Edmonton mall, lots of places to eat around there.

This property is a bit dated, but clean and nicely designed. They are in the middle of renovations that already look amazing. Unfortunately this meant that the restaurant was closed and the adjoining bar is not open during the week. There are many food options and shopping close by. I liked that in addition to lots of exterior parking there was underground parking, which feels safer to me. The staff was friendly. I stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was amazing! Dated, but very well laid out and large. The patio looked over the interior atrium which seems like it would be amazing if not for the construction.

They do not have any in-house dining or lounge as referred to when I was booking. They are doing renovations and the front desk was relocated. Had to walk and yell to find the front desk. Only breakfast was available for $18. Would not recommend. I use to stay here all the time. The lions head pub was one of the best places around.

The hotel is under renovations which is not mentioned in the booking. The hot tub was out of service which was all not mentioned. You a book a hotel based on amenities and they are not available, very disappointing. The staff didn’t advise of this either. Said enjoy the pool and hot tub and it was quite obvious it’s been out of service for awhile. Hotel offers no explanation or comp for this. The bed was absolutely rock hard. The floor would have been softer. All the alarm clock was left with a 5AM alarm. It’s standard protocol for staff to clear alarm clocks when making up rooms. So a terrible night over all. This place could have potential but the way it is currently run is terrible. You should not be able to advertise certain amenities if you do not have them. This is false advertising.

I booked the hotel through Expedia and wasn’t informed through the website on how cash deposits weren’t accepted. Lucky the website refunded me as it was a non refundable room. We found a holiday Inn that accepted cash deposits. Expedias service was nice though.

Great place to stay with awesome amenities but its just in an inconvenient spot in the city and been under construction for a while. Outside windows/balconies are all inside now which is weird too but I'm sure after renovations it will look nice.
