Great location! lots of restaurants close by including chop (in the hotel) and Joey’s (across the street) and very close to the Roger’s arena

Poor parking and noisy
The convenience of the location to Roger’s Place was pretty much the only pro. The hotel’s limited parking meant we were sent to the Bell Tower parkade which had a terrible QR code payment system which had to be rescanned before 6am the next morning (brutal). Our room had an adjoining door and the guests next door had a room full of people partying until 3:00am on a Thursday night. We could also hear every time they flushed the toilet! The room itself was average. The parking and noise issues with the rooms would prevent me from booking here again.

Not the greatest part of town for a single female traveller. Overall the room was great but only 2 of the 3 elevators were working. First time I’ve had to stand in line for an elevator. Very limited parking for this hotel and the customer service rep at check in was unnecessarily curt.

Overall good experience, friendly staff and central location. The hotel has nice amenities and room was quiet and secure. The room was feeling a bit tired (blinds not working great, some wear and tear) parking with a big event the night we stayed was in the next building but pedestrian walk ways make access easy.

Our room was dirty, when we checked in; mainly in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and we both had a sore back by morning. It was very noisy; could hear guests on all sides of us. When taking our dog outside for a walk, we felt uneasy because of some homeless people outside the hotel.

My wife and I attended a concert at Rogers Place so this hotel was selected for its proximity to the concert venue. What was really convenient was the indoor ped-way that we could take to/from the hotel and Rogers Place. Really nice given the concert was in November and it was cold.. The hotel was ice and the staff were very friendly. Parking is a bit of pain and expensive but it’s downtown so it is to be expected.
