I feel like I was mislead by the pictures used to book this hotel. I thought I booked the hotel inside West Edmonton Mall. Only to realized I booked a hotel across the street. The property is very outdated and needs to be renovated. The towels were tiny and horrible. The continental Breakfast is lacking. Needs more security at main lobby. The staff was very friendly.

Beds were very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at WEM Inn every time I’ve ever stayed in Edmonton, and don’t remember the beds being so firm. I was on the 3rd floor this time, close to their continental breakfast room, so with the thin walls I’d hear everyone in there, and some alarm our laundry machine went off a few times at night. Not my best experience staying there.
