We had to move rooms due to a hole in the ceiling above the shower that had mold in it. We were travelling with pets and our first room had a door to the outside which was nice to take the dogs out, our second room that we got moved to was through the lobby and down a long hallway with no direct outside access so it was an inconvenience with the dogs. Breakfast was not great, all the “hot food” was in ziplock bags a d you were told to microwave the items. I was unable to say anything at checkout as they had a young (6 maybe) at the front desk computer with a sign saying they would “be back” Definitely will not be staying there again

The hotel faces a very busy street. We were fortunate to ask and be placed in a room at the back, which was quieter but faced onto a gravel field. The area seemed like it was ok, just not visually appealing.

The room we stayed in had a toilet that had flushing problems. Even if you held the toilet handle down for a long time to help the toilet paper leave the bowl, as the sign in the bathroom suggested, it was hit and miss as to whether or not the bowl contents would totally flush away. The air conditioner was beyond noisy. Sounded like a truck was in the room. The breakfast area only had six tables. If you wanted something hot, you had to microwave baggies of bacon or eggs. In order to leave in the morning it was difficult to access the luggage trolleys as they had blocked the front doors possibly to prevent strangers from coming in for a free breakfast. On the positive side, the staff was lovely!
