Stunning 4 Bedroom Villa By The Sea

A spacious, contemporary villa with 4 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 family bathroom. All bedrooms have king-size double beds. The two master (en-suite) bedrooms are on the upper floor with patio doors accessing a large roof top terrace with sea views. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor with patio doors leading to their own terrace. The living areas are large with modern furniture and fittings throughout. There is a large dining table and L-shaped leather sofa in the main living room along with a dining table and chairs on the outside terrace. The whole interior and exterior patio area flooring is locally sourced marble and there is a 9m x 4.5m private pool with extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is a short walk from the main square of Coveta where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. The tram stop is even closer by. The sea is at the bottom of the road and a small beach is within walking distance.


La Coveta Fuma: La Coveta Fuma is a small village between Alicante & Benidorm, just a few minutes’ drive from El Campello with its stunning palm lined promenade, excellent bars and restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches. Visit the fantastic marina and the lively fish market. Coveta Fuma has a well stocked supermarket and a good selection of bars & restaurants in the village square. It has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, but is far from being remote, in fact the main scenic coastal railway linking Alicante in the South to Denia in the North is just a short stroll away. Fast, reliable and gloriously cheap, the views are breathtaking; passing through countless towns & villages, Villajoyosa, Altea, Calpe...

Alicante: Accessible in only 20 minutes by car or around 30 minutes on the tram, Alicante is a vibrant and very Spanish city with many unique qualities. It is one of the few cities in Europe to be on the beach! It has a fabulous marina with bars overlooking the fabulous boats moored there. There are lots of interesting shops including El Cortes Ingles which is Spain's principle department store. There are some fabulous restaurants that cater for all tastes and wallets. A visit to the area is not complete with a trip to the Castle of Santa Barbara which is located in the city center and has stunning far reaching views of the area. Also you absolutely must try and get lost in the winding alleys of the Barrios, preferably in the evening when there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants with people spilling out onto the street - great for people watching.

Really nice
Wonderful home with 4 nice bedrooms, good kitchen, nice bathrooms, wonderful living room with pool and nice view of the Mediterranean. Host and their local representative were warm and helpful. Street parking not a problem. Be aware that the house is in a quiet neighborhood and you will need a car to get to the surrounding towns and attractions. Would stay there again!

Never again!
Where to start....we came to the area for a friends wedding and a bit of peace and relaxation. The villa itself is ok, it needs some TLC but over all its ok. The problems started when we arrived at 10pm to be met with a chorus of dog barking, we then discovered problem number 2, the mattresses are absolutely awful, one was fine but the other three are only fit for landfill. Fast forward to next morning at 7am and we awoke to yet another round of dog barking, four dogs in different locations all joined in. At 8am the road works started, major road works, very loud major roadworks. At 9am the guy across the street decided to join in the wall of noise by using a grinder to lay a very large pathway of bricks. All of this continued for the entire holiday with the exception of a weekend break for the roadworks...ohh, I almost forgot the tramline, its 50 metres from villa, the trams go past every 20 mins or so. As a family with the lack of sleep due to the noise and bedding quality we all need another holiday but it'll never be here again!

Beautiful villa!
The villa was beautiful, and we had a great holiday! The location of the villa was great, and the view was beautiful to wake up to everyday! The owners were very good at communication and happy to help with anything. The only small thing was the towels were smelly, and the oven could do with a deep clean as it was smoking when we turned it on. Overall, it is a beautiful place and would definitely visit again!

The property exceeded our expectations it was very large and had all amenities required. The pool was excellent and eating area. The location was good and very quiet and a short walk to the Tram. Overall a very good stay and nice base to explore

Superb Villa, excellent pool and outside area. Much larger than the images suggest. Very well equipped. Smart TV with pretty much all the streaming platforms. Quiet residential area but great views. Only 2 other villas on the road didn’t feel overlooked. 15 mins walk from Cala Fuma, few bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk from tram station. Every 30 mins to Benidorm or Alicante. We went to EL Campello, 9 mins. Cala Picentes is a quiet area but really suited us. Beds very comfortable and air con in bedroom at night helped for great nights sleep. We loved it.

Great villa :)
Second visit - first time with family, second time just with my partner. Absolutely great location - 5/10 minute walk to tram stop or very well connected by road. Villa itself is great - rooms are a good size, enough bathrooms and kitchen has decent equipment. The BBQ and pool are great too :) Definitely would return for a third visit!

A wonderful week with Family.
From the moment we arrived Daniel was great. The villa.is everything it says and more, location is lovely with a tram stop just minutes from the villa to enable you to see some beautiful places along this wonderful coastline. We will definitely return but not with toddlers, not really toddler friendly but with all the sun loungers we managed.to barracade them in lol. I would.highly.recommend this villa.

Wonderful!
As a family we have stayed at a few villas around the El Campello area, this is the only one we have used more than once. A beautiful villa that has an elegant yet homely feel. The furnishings throughout reflect the quality and care taken with making this villa so welcoming and comfortable. The pool is perfect and provided hours of fun for the children. One of the most relaxing holidays experienced in recent years. Thanks to the owners for getting it absolutely 100% right. The perfect accommodation.

Had a great time at the villa.Taxi from the village, who Daniel recommended worked really well both ways to and from the airport. The villa was lovely and clean, very spacious and very well equipped albeit the sun beds could do with being replaced as they have been repaired and were not brilliant, although usable. The pool was fantastic for us all but that was showing signs of wear and tear with some tiles missing and not all of the lights worked. Kathryn, a lovely lady, was always on call and gave us a lift to the supermarket on our arrival. The walk to the bars and restaurants is hilly and we felt not really worth the effort although you could get on the tram to them but we felt you’d be better off to go into El campello or Alicante which was lovely and not expensive to get to. The villa is set in a quiet area and a car or using the tram would be advisable as there is nothing to do in the immediate area, perfect though if you want to get away from it all. Thanks for your excellent communication Daniel from the time of booking our holiday and Thankyou Casa Limon for a lovely time

Nice Villa but very tired and in need of some TLC
The layout of the Villa is great with really good amenities but unfortunately there is much that needs attention, the sun beds are barely fit for purpose and need replacing not repairing! Some of the pool surrounding paving is coming loose and are a potential hazard. On arrival we needed to do a bit of a clean as we had very young children with us. The most disappointing element was how very isolated the location is, there are spectacular views but nothing accessible near by, not an area for the infirm, the tram close by was not an easy walk but was our saviour, even though getting on a tram was quite a challenge with two buggies as they were always rammed. We made the best of it and did have some quality family time. This was our first Villa experience so maybe my expectations were a little to high.

One week wasn’t enough!
A great week was spent in the Spanish hills. Casa Limon has everything you need for a great stay. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and the warmest of pools. The tram was an extra bonus and we used it to get into Alicante for dinner at Thai Corner for a fantastic meal.

Casa Limon Villa.
Lovely, spacious villa and pool in a beautiful picturesque village just outside El Campello. Everything we needed. Host and his team very helpful and friendly with open communication throughout. Hire car enables easy access to surrounding areas and beaches. Local tram service is a great alternative way to get about.

Great Villa for a family holiday
Lovely spacious villa for a family of 7 adults. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Stunning views from the balcony, a quiet setting although quite hilly! Daniel was a great host, very helpful and responded to our enquiries very quickly. The tram is very convenient, reliable and easy to use and is just a short walk away. If you plan on using the tram then it is worth buying the travel card from one of the stations for €2 as this makes each journey in the same zone just 40c. There are nice restaurants in Coveta Fuma but a larger selection in El Campello just a short tram ride away. Overall a fabulous place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Limon!

Had a great week! Villa was perfect for us (4 adult couples) and had everything we needed. Peaceful area with easy access to Alicante & El Campello on the tram which was frequent & cheap. Some great golf courses within 30 mins drive. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely villa, not so great location
The villa was lovely, although it does need a bit maintenance done on it I.e lights on the pool and a few tiles missing getting into the pool. The location, there are a few big hills going to the village, so if you haven't got a car expect to get those steps in. There is also not that much happening in the village and most of the bars look closed, so a bit disappointing after such a long walk. The tram was very convenient and very cheap, my partner and I went to Benidorm a few times and loved it!

Beautiful villa - lovely decor and pool.
Lovely property, beautifully decorated and everywhere was spotless. Host was extremely helpful to us, especially as one of our party had an unfortunate accident during our holiday. Location is great - taxis easy (although some find the villa tricky to locate - dropping a pin seemed to work) and 20 min walk to a few eateries. It was quiet, but we were off-peak season.

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We were a party of six adults aged from 57 to 75 and we had a lovely time. The villa is about 5 minutes walk from the tram stop and 15 minute walk from a shop and few bars, restaurants. It is quite hilly terrain but manageable. The tram is brilliant and gives easy access to a variety of resorts along the coast. The owner, Daniel, was very responsive and helpful. We all enjoyed using the pool, there are plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Inside the furniture is comfortable with everything you need for a home away from home.

Well looked after property that has helpful hints in where to go . The listing was really accurate and Daniel helpful . We had struggled to find a place that would accommodate teenagers ie need to have space, separate rooms , separate bathrooms ,great WiFi and a pool. this house was well stocked and the lemon tree was in full bloom with beautiful lemons dropping each day . Coveta Fuma is a quiet village and is very hilly and suited us well . The tram stop was about 7-10 minute walk away and really regular . We would come back again as this a well maintained property in a lovely area with a good host. Would recommend.
