A pretty nice hotel overall. I wished the toilets flushed a little stronger but it was a charming place. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Imperial.

Terrible rude
I was very disappointed. The manager Louis Herrera was rude, when I asked for a room with OPEN view, although I reserved BEFORE he said I could then cancel reservation and go somewhere else . Next day, I asked the counter staff to extend 1 hr of my check-out time as I had a presentation, they refused. All hotels I ask I always are respected. The microwave in the room did not work, I did not tell them as all were rude. The toilet cover seat was moving. I stayed in room 206. It was a nightmare stay. I always stay at IHG, Hilton, I am used to get good treatment. This was an entirely different experience. Dr Sen
