Almerimar is one of Spain's best kept secrets, outstandingly beautiful and has a sub-tropical climate.

The studio is located in the Portofino complex, the most wanted complex of Almerimar with an outdoor pool on the first floor. The resort is peaceful, relaxing and immaculately kept.

The Resort is built around the harbour that hosts many Sea-food restaurants, Chinese, Italian an good Spanish cuisine. Cafe Bars, Tapas Bars all situated in lovely surroundings overlooking the harbour.

👉 the apartment is situated JUST IN THE CENTRE of Almerimar near the Sea & Marina, near the golfcourse (100m), the supermarket at 100m, restaurants & tapa bars at 50m.

Golf is a great attraction in the area and the PORTO FINO Residence is situated a stone throw away from the 27 holes top class Golf Course designed by Gary Player. On a surface of approx 802,000 square metres, featuring several water holes and beautiful landscape and lakes that will challenge any experienced golfer.

The apartment has been stylishly designed and furnished to a very high standard with no expense spared. The property is fully air-conditioned, modern and has everything needed for a perfect self-catering holiday.

The large secure swimming pool with lifeguard (summer) for the use of residents is on the 1st floor.

This was a great stay! Absolutely spotless accommodation, with everything your could think of at hand. Right across road from supermarket. Great communication. Only thing would be would be to say, don't get wifi, it was awful. Would most certainly come back to this property, excellent!

Nice studio apartment.
The apartment was clean on arrival, looked very nice when we first walked in, well kept and maintained. Our only problem was the sofa bed, it wasn’t comfortable at all very lumpy and hard. Due to this the last 4 days my wife slept on a lilo we brought for the swimming pool. The apartment was very small, 1 single wardrobe so not much storage for clothing. I would recommend this apartment to anyone on a short visit to almerimer, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for a couple looking for a holiday.

The apartment was nice and good and the location was exellent.
We lived in that apartment two week, our boat was that time on service. We went from the apartment to our boat with bike. One day our bike was gone and we thought that they were stolen, but the apartment’s mom helped we to find them back. Fine!

Brilliant
Property was just the right size for the two of us. It's located with easy access to restaurants, beaches and very pleasant promenades. The fact that there is a beautiful outdoor pool on the first floor was great and never seemed too busy. Would do it all again and very probably will. The owner was most helpful in lots of ways, which relieves any stress on a vacation of this type.

De studio ligt perfect naast de Marcadona supermarkt je loopt het gebouw uit naar de haven perfect.
De studio is netjes schoon alleen jammer de handdoeken worden niet gewisseld een week met een handdoek is te lang zeker als het warm is half in de week wisselen zou genoeg zijn. De studio is schoon en gezellig prima ik heb genoten bedankt Mvg Piet Mackloet
