Needs a better air conditioning
Pros: the place is newly remodeled. Looks nice. Good central location of EP. Cons: AC can’t keep up. Each day we would return in the afternoon and it would be in the 80s in the house and wouldn’t cool down until 1-3am. Back bathroom is virtually unusable because it’s not cooled at all. I don’t recommend this place during the summer.
