The best house in, located in the Peñol-Guatapé reservoir.
It has an amazing architectural design overlooking the lake with capacity for 12 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It has a private space with a jacuzzi overlooking the lake and is complemented by an external terrace on the lake shore with a private BBQ with kitchen, sports items, fire pit area and gym.
The space
It has an area of 310 square meters with balconies and lake views from all rooms and social areas. It has an external common area outside the house, where you have the ideal living space to rest, cook, play sports.
The house. It has a dining room that shares the space with an island - kitchen bar where all our guests can enjoy the same space in different activities. On the balcony it has a room for 6 people, it also has two sunbeds and a grill.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all appliances
Bedrooms: Large spaces with en-suite bathrooms and showers.
Parking: Private with garage space for 6 cars.
Above all the property is completely private You have access to the reservoir and your own bay to swim in. There are fruit trees and orchard.

Our guests can arrive by boat or car, they will have in their reservation all the exact directions to get to the property. Once inside the space, they have 4,300 meters at your disposal with direct access to the private beach
