Check out our new beach and newly installed hot tub! Tropical themed retreat nestled at the end of a cove on the 3 mile marker at the Lake of the Ozarks.

King Master bedroom suite is located on lower level with walk out to screened in deck that overlooks the lake. Also features a single small bed, built-in for a little one, and an attached private bathroom. Experience the in-room COFFEE BAR! This is the room everyone will be fighting over!

Another single queen bedroom and full hall bathroom is located on the lower level.

Second master suite offers 2 queen beds with attached private bathroom, lake view from window, and is located on entry level.

An additional queen bedroom ā€œFlamingo Roomā€, with itā€™s own hall bathroom is located on entry level.

The bunk room is located up the stairs off the kitchen and offers two twin over full bunks, one full bunk bottom converts to futon couch. This room can sleep 6 in beds and has itā€™s on 1/2 bathroom ! The large flatscreen, smart TV is every kids dream and is a must for kids wanting to ā€œgameā€ while on vacation or wishing to relax with Netflix in the evening!

Lower level living area includes a spacious well stocked kitchen, sofa with pull out sleeper for 2. Out the sliding glass doors youā€™ll find a Large patio with gas grill and fire pit. The swim/sun dock is fully visible from the patio so you can watch the kids play on the Lilly pad. Yes! Itā€™s included!

Smart TVā€™s are in all bedrooms and high speed WiFi included. Linens and towels provided. Washer/dryer available for use. Shared boat dock with slip - Must notify one advance if wanting to use (itā€™s $75 charge as we have to relocate a boat) Ample parking. Come relax in a beautiful home with safe swim dock away from boat traffic.

Amazing family gathering space!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Lake House. The space was perfect for families, with several bedrooms and a large open living- dining space that allowed us to enjoy each other, and sneak away for some peace and quiet. The views are unbeatable. My only suggestion would be, bring some extra towels and blankets if you'll be close to capacity- there are only 2 towels in each bathroom, the comforters are thin (which is great for cleaning, I'm sure!) and there weren't any extra blankets for couch snuggling. 10/10 would recommend! and we are hoping to go back in the summer to enjoy the access to the lake!

A wonderful property!
This was a much needed family gathering and we found the property even more than weā€™d hoped for. Lots of room, a great kitchen, cozy and inviting rooms, kayaks, lily pad, hot tub, fire pitā€” it really was fabulous. The only hint I might share is that we thought the King suite would be a bit mire ā€œremovedā€ā€”the ā€œprivateā€ patio is right next to the large common patio so it wasnā€™t exactly the quiet place for grandparents to retire a little earlier. Also, there were problems with the toilet in that suite. I texted but never heard until the last night when it was too late. We plunged off and on for 2-3 days. Next time weā€™d call rather than text. In light of how truly exceptional this property is, however, it was somewhat trivial. Weā€™d definitely go back again without a doubt.

We had a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything I could have possibly needed. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and loved the kayaks. We had a beautiful time together and appreciated everything the owners offered.

Great place
This was a great place to stay at the lake. Plenty of bedrooms and lots of bathrooms to suit as all. 4.5 bathrooms which was great with, 5 bedrooms. We had a septic issue while there and I contacted the owner. They had someone out within a couple of hours to fix it and we didnā€™t have any issues with it after. Owner was easy to get ahold of and took my phone call. The place is real nice with its own swim deck. We enjoyed their kayaks, lily pad, and noodles. We even used their hot tub. Itā€™s also very close to the bagnell dam where we went a few times. Great place, would recommend!

One of the best places 8 have stayed. The space was amazing and loved having the hot tub ready for us to use as soon as we arrived. Kassondra was great to work with and very quick to respond. I will definitely consider renting again & highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Weekend
Had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving weekend with family! Kids loved the hot tub. We used the firepit and the little ones enjoyed the sandpit on the days it was warm outside. Plenty of room for our large group and loved the Christmas tree and fireplace addition this year. Had plenty of pots and pans to use for our big meal. Would stay again and 5+ stars!!

We had a wonderful vacation. Location was amazing, on the water, at the end of a dead end road. Wonderful kitchen with everything you would need to cook any meal you wanted. Deer walked through the property daily. Would love to go back and stay longer!

Additional review and suggestions
-Over all we were very pleased with the accommodations. Had a fantastic time enjoying the kayaks and lily pad. We are also a few shades darker. -The dishes and silverware were put away dirty. (the dishwasher is tricky, soap pellets only dissolve about half the time, and the machine sometimes will stop just minutes into the cleaaning cycle) -We broke a kayak paddle (tried to glue/weld didn't think it would work so we bought another paddle) -A ring binder at the location with instructions for appliances, recommmendations for equipment rentals, restaurants, attractions etc. could be very helpful. -FYI - The plates are not microwave safe - maybe put a note of that in the inside of the cupboard for the dishes in order to avoid damaging the microwave. -There weren't any foosballs (none at local stores and amazon delivery would have been after our stay). -TV remote batteries need to be repaced (bedroom off porch TV) -Door latch to downstairs bedroom sticks (mechanism doesn't retract the whole way into the door) -Door latch to the downstairs common area bathroom is a hair too high or the door is too low (have to lift up on the knob to latch the door)

Christmas Break
Had a fabulous time with our famuly staying here over Christmas! Older kids loved the hot tub and made a fire outside also. Was very clean and nicely decorated and better than expexted it to be! Played lots of games and watched movies together and had everything provided would need. One of best Vrbo's stayed at and would stay again. 5 stars!!

Overall it was a nice relaxing thanksgiving getaway with my family and a couple of their friends. Property was nice and quiet with plenty of space. However found that there is not much to do at Lake of the Ozarks in November. Will not go during off season again.
