Didn't understand people with pets put on 3rd floor. They should be on 1st. They supplied shampoo/cond in shower. Didn't have shampoo. Lotion was used. Sound on tv low than real loud. Vending machine & ice on 1st floor only.

Don’t stay in room 407
We live le the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our room beds shared a wall with the laundromat and someone was doing laundry at midnight. It’s hard to sleep through banging doors and washer and dryer noise.

When we arrived the police were there and it was about someone trying to get a refund because they claimed there was bed bug in there room when we got to are room the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while we pulled back the sheets there were no bed bugs but there was a large clump of hair and other hairs on the sheets I called the front desk to have the sheets changed when we came back the hair was gone but some stains on the sheet looked to match the original sheets so we slept on top of the comforter the room didn’t feel clean
