We never saw anyone at the desk beside for to check in. They don’t clean your room everyday or take out the trash. Continental breakfast was ok, sandwiches very dry. I guess it was ok for what we paid for it.

Comfy bed yet no rest
The room itself was nice, very comfy bed, great shower, everything we needed. Unfortunately it was oddly noisy. It sounded like someone was rattling oyr doorknob several times in the night, but no one was there. The bed made a loud clunk when i would get up. There was a pull down shade, but headlights from the parking lot lit up our room from around the edges. We were on the first floor. This happened several times in the night and was startling and disorienting, with the bright moving light passing through. Im exhausted from a very bad night of poor sleep. Breakfast was decent.

Amazing mattress and pillows!
I was working most of the time and didn't get to enjoy all the amenities but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also like the breakfast option for a quick grab and go as I was on a tight time schedule.

Our check-in took over an hour because the room keys that kept being given to us did not work on the room assigned. Turns out they had overbooked and there was already someone in the room we were assigned to. They finally found us another available room in the property. However, about 45 minutes after we were in our room, the same thing happened to us with, another couple trying to access our room that they had mistakenly been assigned. Absolutely no consideration was given to us by management for the time spent on their mistake, and it was after midnight when we finally got into our room.

We really enjoyed staying here. The room was very clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish was better was the breakfast. The pool was clean too!
