Located in an area of lovely waterfront properties, this is a private Lake Michigan waterfront home. A central location for all Up North destinations, this home is just 15 minutes to Torch Lake, 45 minutes to Traverse City, 25 Minutes to downtown Charlevoix, and 1 hour 30 minutes to Mackinaw City. The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, fireplace in living room, dining area, and a kitchen nook. Great views of Lake Michigan are afforded from the large open living area. With a waterside deck for entertaining, the home sits up on bluff for incredible views of Lake Michigan. You will have great lake views from all of the bedrooms located on the 2nd floor of the home. The master suite has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are also provided inside the unit. This is a great location and option for those families looking to get away and just enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer. The water views are second to none from the bluff overlook. While this home does not have direct water access due to the bluff, the association does provide a common beach area with a swing set that is for guests use about 1/4 mile walk away. There is also a great beach about 2 miles away.

** We highly recommend 4-wheel drive in the winter months as this home is located off a secondary road.

Family wedding get away
Our family felt very comfortable in the home. We were in the area for my son's wedding. It was peaceful, very clean and supplied so much more than other homes I have rented. The management was very communicative and professional. It was a beautiful trip.

Great views, but a bit remote
Nice property with outstanding views of Lake Michigan. The house is a bit remote. It was just my wife and myself staying, but the we were constantly short of glasses, coffee mugs, plates, etc. I can't imagine how a group of 6 (max allowed) would manage. The last call out are the beds. If you like a rock hard mattress, you'll love it. They were the hardest I've ever tried to sleep on. Per my wife, the floors are softer. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but a few details away from being a 5 star vs. 4 star rating.

As above. The view of Lake Michigan was gorgeous. The house is clean, airy and well ventilated. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, nice deck. All bedrooms with easy to open, large windows and fans. No water access since their stairs were destroyed by the lake, also, beach was washed away in recent years. (This was all communicated well in advance). A short drive will take you to a beautiful beach where one can have long walks. Property managers did a good job and were easily accessible. We had a lovely, quiet week there, thank you.

The house was excellent and the location and view spectacular! Only issue that could be fixed is that the key was placed in a lock box on a post only 6 inches from ground which was very difficult to see numbers and access in a bent over position.

The house is at the end secluded neighborhood. The house is tucked back and provides privacy and quiet. Beautiful views. Enough space for 3 couples. Would like a 11am vs 10am check out but overall it was a great stay!

Nice accommodations, though a bit dated, but with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Good location for us since we were visiting both Traverse City and Petoskey areas. One recommendation - get some good frying pans for future guests. Although we only had breakfast in the rental it was impossible to even fry an egg in any of the pans. Enjoyed our stay overall.

This was a wonderful relaxing home. Clean and comfortable. The sun sets were beautiful. The stairs to the water were broken so couldn't get to shore line. Great deck to relax on. Landscape needed some TLC, a bit over grown. We all did enjoy our stay.
