Perfect Get Away
My family came to Oklahoma for my Grandson's High School graduation. We wanted someplace close, large enough to let the kids and dog play and have more family gather after the graduation. We had everything we wanted in this property and made wonderful memories. We met the owner and some of his workers and had nothing but positive interaction! I highly recommend this VRBO. Great location for all that this area offers.

Not my favorite vacation spot.
This place could be nice. We had several problems. Wasps! Grass hadn’t been cut and they said they would come the next day while we were out and cut it and leave wasp spray. They didn’t so I had to contact them again. Someone brought out wasp spray and we were able to get someone to come and weed the fire pit area so we could use it. I didn’t realize until to late that they do not have a dishwasher. If you leave any dirty dishes it’s an extra $25. The kids did love having the animals to feed. And they fished for a little while in the pond. So they had a great time. I felt like I worked most of my vacation between cooking ( the grill is small had to grill in batches) and doing dishes, constantly killing wasps and emailing to get things taken care of. I was glad to come home to relax. The beds were comfortable but it never really got cool enough to sleep well downstairs. It is close to some really cool places to go like little Niagara. And it still beats staying in a hotel.

It was a cute place for me and my long-time friend to visit and catch up. Unfortunately, the place was not clean when we arrived, but the owner remedied that quickly and made things right. After the house keeper left, there were no linens in one of the bathrooms, but we made it work. We enjoyed walking the property and seeing the animals. This property is about 15 minutes from Arbuckle Wilderness and Turner Falls.

Quick stay at a convenient meeting spot. Kids enjoyed feeding llamas and ponies. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids! A potential issue on the property was quickly addressed by manager and owner during the stay.

Loved it!!
Enjoyed our stay and walked the property several times with our dogs. It was a little cold outside so we played a lot of cards, outdoor movies by fire pit and a lot of s’mores. Enjoyed our time away from our stressful jobs with our girls that were home from college.

Exactly what we needed!
The place was perfect for what our family needed for the holidays. My parents live close by in a 2 bedroom farm house and we had 18 people coming in for Christmas. The great grandchildren loved seeing the animals every day, and having the ability to pet them was an added bonus. We would love to use this lovely place again!! Thank you for everything!

Cute cabin...liked llamas
The cabin was cute and nicely decorated, and my kids enjoyed feeding the llamas. Unfortunately, the cabin wasn't clean when we got there, but the owner was very responsive in sending someone out. It didn't get fully cleaned, and we left early because we were uncomfortable, but we were refunded for the second night. Owner was kind and assured us that they would make sure that this didn't happen in the future. As an aside, the ponds were too dry to fish when we went...while the owner's can't control the weather, it's probably worth asking before packing fishing gear since it's not updated on the listing.

Cabin life!
I gotta little confused on direction getting there. This place was cozy and comfortable. Not to far from the attractions but far enough to enjoy the outdoors! Loved feeding the animals on site, and having talks with the owners sweetest puppers!!!

Excellent property
Clean, easy to find, spacious for a small area. No Wi-Fi but satellite TV. A bit warm in the peak of summer but the fans help. Definitely in nature as we had to kill a scorpion in the house. Loved feeding the horses and llamas. Easily slept 3 adults and 2 kids. Communication with the management was fantastic.

Great Spot
This is a great place for kids and pets. Just a short drive to turner falls. It’s not totally secluded, pretty close to other houses/structures on the property, but totally worth it to be close to the llamas, ponies, etc. We will definitely be back next time to want to stay in the area.

What a beautiful property!
We stayed here while attending an event at Crossbar Ranch. It conveniently located about 15mins from the park. There was plenty of room to park my truck and trailer. The cabin is well appointed with all the amenities you would require. Cell signal was good for att 5g so I was still able to perform work emails and upload videos from our day of riding. The cabin had dish network for anyone seeking to watch tv at night before bed. My wife and I walked some of the trails around the property. We seen numerous herds of deer, armadillos and a flock of turkeys. The setting is very peaceful and just what we were looking for to get away from the city. We will definitely be booking this location in the future for any events we attend in the area.
