The private setting this house offers makes it the perfect place to celebrate an anniversary, enjoy a romantic honeymoon, have a relaxing family vacation, or even excape for a weekend with friends!!!

KEY FEATURES:

-In order for this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, there are a few guidelines we ask you consider the length of your stay:
-No pets.
-No alcohol.
-No illegal drugs (including cannabis).
-No parties (this house sleeps 8 people, any additional members must be added).
-Smoking is allowed if you stay more than 30 feet away from the building.
-Keep noise to a considerable level and no noise after 10:00 pm or before 7:00 am.
-No vehicles entering or exiting after 10:00 pm or before 6:00 am.
-These guidelines are only set to help you have a wonderful experience both now and in the future, please beware that excessive abuse to these guidelines could result in an additional charge of $100 or more.

Also Note:

-If you book this house for a winter stay, we highly recommend 4WD or AWD as the driveway is fairly steep and you may not be able to enter or exit without 4WD or AWD.
-For safety reasons, we have security cameras watching the front door and the driveway.
-There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that we highly encourage anyone to use, however, you 'must' have experience with indoor fires, if the proper precautions are not met it could result in a house fire.
-If you are looking to have more than 8 people, we would be happy to see if we can work something out. Please contact us and we will do our best to see if we can make something work.
-We are not responsible for any bodily injuries while you are on the premises, use caution and we promise you will have an enjoyable stay!!!!

Cozy Nurturing Family Getaway
Just got back from an amazing stay at a vacation home rental nestled in the forests of Pennsylvania. The place was surrounded by beautiful nature, and the home itself was clean and well-appointed with plenty of space. The spacious kitchen was gorgeous, and there were multiple large areas for the family to relax without feeling cramped. The hot tub suite was a definite highlight, and our family really enjoyed spending time there. It was the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the Pennsylvania wilderness!

This was one of the best places I have stayed hands down. What I love about this stay the most was all the bible quotes and phases. Prayer is everything in this family.
