I left property behind that i called about next day. They promised to call back on status but never did so judge yourself. That place was really very noisy with trucks starting up at all times during night/morning so dont count on getting lots of sleep. I did not and the place aint cheap. My stay was 170 cad as they charge for pets.The morning breakfast = blah. They also double charged me and i had to call them 8 days later gor them to credit me so Good luck to you if you still decide to stay there.

Check in went rough!
Check in was TERRIBLE. Staff was great at the hotel but the process was awful. Booked through this site and the property could not find our reservation anywhere. Turns out they did not have an account with the Baymont portion of the hotel - only the Days Inn. So after 1.5 hours they get a rep on the phone that helped get us checked in. Beds were hard but the room was clean and nice.

For a one stay it was okay. The beds were comfortable but the bed frames are noisy when you move. The pillows were uncomfortable and I was happy I had my travel pillow with me. The bathroom counter was extremely low. Breakfast was disappointing as it was continental style. When I book a Wyndham property I never know what I’ll get and that’s disappointing

Dead roach at check-in desk and a live one climbing the wall. Drab and dreary room. Breakfast “room” is small. Room smells and AC unit dates back to another century. Exterior entrances. Desk attendant had to move another customer to a different room because there were no sheets or towels available for her assigned room. Overall, perhaps the worst room/experience ever!! Just a pit! Shame on you, Wyndham!!

With it being Christmas Eve, there was no housekeeping staff available. I wanted extra blankets for my room. The young lady at the front desk was more than accommodating. After she checked in all the guest she brought the blankets to my room. The rooms were clean and upgraded. I will most definitely stay again when I am visiting family in that area.
