Check in took awhile card reader wouldnt work, then i went to my room to get ready to go for a swim as this is why i chose this place instead of next door it has a in door pool ..the bed room was okay but areas were really dirty the lights by the bed the silver metal plate was dirty and the bathroom the shower had mold old soap stains and needs a good scubbing or update..i got my bathing suit on amd went to the pool (its a very small pool)tryed to get in and it was stone cold, I then went to the front desk and she said oh yeah the heater is broke someone was supose to fix it, why didnt she tell me the pool was unavailable at check in ? Went back to my room and the card wont open my door so back to the front desk to get that redone...I have no idea why anyone would give this place high ratings other than its somewhat cheap but you get what you pay for i guess ..

Clean Comfortable and Good Coffee!
Thanks to the very nice man in the breakfast room that made sure our coffee was piping hot! Everything was clean and comfortable and we liked the attention given to eco friendly things.

Very new facility in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Safe location. Staff were very good. I'd stay there again.

The only thing that wasn't pleasant was the mattress. It felt very comfy, but the springs in it were brutal on my entire body to sleep on. The staff, features, continental breakfast, etc etc were all beautiful!

After calling a few hotels this was the only one that had a pool an it was indoor and available to use.. Could have had more options for the buffet breakfast though. Other than that I will be back.

Staff was very nice and helpful. But this place is dirty. Deferred maintenance at every turn. Wa charged a pet fee only for our dog wind up covered in biting ants which caused him to break out in Hives. In fairness the ants were in the dog walking area outside but come on. This is not ok. Almost forgot about the wasps in the bathroom. To the owners of this hotel. Your staff is great give them an appropriate budget to maintain the property and training on cleaning.

TV didn't work, waffle machine broken, 70s era clock-radio went off 12 midnite waking me up, 1st floor ice machine broken. Other than these 4 points it was a perfect stay smh
