Just a short walk from private deeded beach access, this duplex makes the perfect home-away-from-home for couples, friends, or a small family. There is a complimentary golf cart shuttle service that provides transportation around Manasota Key. And of course, the beach is always close!

Showcasing stylish coastal design, this walk-up condo comes fully furnished modern guest comfort. An assortment of beach gear is also provided as a shared guest amenity, and you'll have access to two grills during your stay. Soak up some rays on the private deck while enjoying a cold beverage or an alfresco meal at the four-seater table. Cool-off inside with central air-conditioning and kick back on one of the plush leather sofas while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV (featuring multiple streaming apps). The updated kitchen showcases gorgeous counters and a full suite of major appliances equipped for home cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Sip coffee at the three-seater breakfast bar and dine together at the table set for four. Additional perks include free WiFi. A shared washer/dryer offers on-site convenience. Guests will enjoy access to deeded beach access throughout their stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary golf cart shuttle that provides transportation around Manasota Key (people come from all over the world to collect the beach's famous shark teeth!).
Streaming services are available for use with guests' own login credentials.
Dogs are restricted from Manasota Key Beach, but they are allowed north of the home at Blind Path Beach.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
