The large table on the lanai seats 8 to enjoy dinner and watch the beautiful colors of the sunset over Lemon Bay. Dockage is only available to the main house, not the cottage.

The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, are all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation). Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
