Over all a rundown place. Boring. Didnā€™t any entertainment. No wine tasting . Wouldnā€™t even let us use the jacuzzi. So they wouldnā€™t have tu turn it on.

Great place. We stay on cabin 3 and 4 the only problem is the noise eco you can heard from your neighbor. If you are alone friends is OK but be minded when you jags stanger next to you. Other then that it's a great place

We got the Loft 2 bedroom and the shower had mold so we were moved to an upgraded infront of the grapevine which was perfect, cleaner. Restaurant food was good but it was too expensive so we drive to nearby restaurant and ate some reasonable authentic Mexican tacos, so good! The staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

I stayed here for two days and I will never be back. Here's why: 1. While there is a gym and Jacuzzi available, those are off limits to most guests unless you pay $90 per day to use the spa! Which is not stated when you book your stay. Let me repeat, it's $90 per day if you want access to the gym,ha. 2. Their continental breakfast "meal" portions are for toddlers. I was literally served 3 grapes, 3 blueberries, three paper thin slices of cantaloupe and pineapple. And a pastry that can only be described as a cookie. 3. The hotel didn't stock my room with hand or face towels. I asked for some towels three times and each time I was told a different reason why they could not bring me some. The final reason was that they were being dried in Ensenada. Who doesn't have towels for guests over a two day period? 4. In the wee hours of the morning on my last day, the toilet in my room was clogged. Which meant I had to use the restaurant bathroom. How lovely. 5. The person who checked us in didn't do a great job or even a decent job. They didn't tell us about any amenities, info on breakfast( which I now know I was not missing out on much). The guests before us who were checked in were helped to their room and had their bags carried for them. Us though? We were left to do that on our own, which we do not mind doing but it's odd seeing that service given to others but not us. The only positive thin bout this stay was the great service we received at their restaurant Fuego.

Weekend stay at Hotel Boutique
This was our second time staying in Hotel Boutique and Spa. We were very excited to return and immediately booked this hotel because of our great stay last time but we were disappointed. The man at front desk was not friendly or welcoming. After checking in and noticing the shower had no hot water (not even warm) and that barely any water came out we asked someone please go in to fix. They said they would but didnā€™t. The next morning on our way to the horseback riding we booked on site (which was amazing with Jaime!) we asked again and they said someone would go fix the issue while we were out, again no one went. In addition, the main light in the room didnā€™t work and the small one that did work flickered when on. While checking out we noticed the mini fridge didnā€™t work so our food went bad. The property is nice and safe. The pool area is really comfortable with plenty of seating.
