Let me start with the good: The staff was kind (our housekeeper Cynthia was fabulous!) the facilities were adequate and for what we needed, it was fine. The on site restaurant was good. I appreciated the balcony off our room as a spot to enjoy the blue skies and people watch. The weekly movie at the pool was a fun treat too. Some things to note: The bed was really hard. Unlike other areas of Baja not all the staff speaks English but they will try or find someone who does. Mexico is rough for disabled travelers in general. This hotel was especially so. I use a walker and with assistance, can do steps or steep ramps. The handicap access points for the whole hotel wouldn't come close to ADA standards in the States. I found them to be unusable and unsafe. I'm not even sure a wheelchair user could use the ramps without someone pushing them. Sidewalks, driveways and streets are a struggle too. So go knowing it will be a challenge. Having said all of that, staff were always ready to help. The pool and jacuzzies had no handrails so getting in and out unaided would be impossible for someone with walking/ambulatory issues.

This was our first time staying here, and it was for my birthday weekend, celebrating with family. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the service at the front desk, poolside, and the restaurant was disappointing. Although our group was large, we’re experienced travelers and always tip well, especially since many of us have worked in restaurants and food service. However, the majority of the staff provided poor service, with a few exceptions who were kind and accommodating. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I’m not sure if I would choose to stay here again. On a positive note, the pool was lovely. Construction was happening all in the entrance. Parking was easy. There is a large parking lot across from the hotel.

So the property hallways look a little old and worn, also keep in mind walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors TV, conversations etc now on the flip side the hotel is super safe, you can only go in if you have a hotel wristband, the parking lot has a guard 24/7, the pool and pool area are clean, and the restaurants food is descent

We had a modern room that over looked the pool. The car park across the road was easy to access and though reception was busy, we had access to the room an hour earlier than expected which was great.

They have a Tesla level 2 charger, great option for electromobility drivers, pool is huge, rooms are clean and renovated, the interior of the property is a bit dark, the food is not as good as the rest of the property, overall nice pic.
