Clean linens and start-up supplies provided
Fully-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs
Remember to bring personal grooming items and groceries
Guest Rental Agreement required for booking
Note that community roads are steep, and the driveway is gravel and hilly
🚨 IMPORTANT:

Initial supplies provided for the first day or two
Respect quiet hours after 10 pm for a peaceful stay
No trespassing on private property for your safety
Remember, the house is on septic; flush toilet paper only
Please keep pets under control and refrain from smoking inside or on decks
Set AC to a minimum of 68 degrees for optimal energy use
Ensure the grill propane tank is turned off after use
Note that the fireplace is closed from May 1 - September 30
🛑 SAFETY NOTES:

Keep windows and doors closed to deter insects
Wildlife may be present, so avoid leaving food outside
Dispose of outdoor trash in the bear-proof bin provided
Outdoor security cameras are overlooking driveway and main entrance. A decibel meter is present in the main floor living area.

Access code provided prior to arrival for a smooth entry
Check-in starts at 4 pm; please avoid arriving early without approval
Receive early access notification if cleaning finishes ahead of schedule
Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the house upon arrival
