Excellent property, great location
An adult couple and a family of four shared this gite for a week in August, enjoying the space conferred (especially the 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms). We used the additional kitchen as a larder and the extra fridge for cold drinks! There was space to park three cars (if we had needed it), and the garden contained a patio (with furniture) and two BBQs. We had a charcoal BBQ every night, accompanied by local cider and always followed by a Coupe de Bretagne/Normande! We went to Kerhillio beach every day bar one. It was great for bodyboarding in the waves and sandy beach games. We enjoyed shopping at the SuperU in Belz, as well as trips to St Cado, Etel and Carnac. Traveling by ferry from Plymouth to Roscoff, we were delayed en route due to severe weather and arrived very late to the gite (post-midnight). The owners were very generous and gracious in welcoming us so late. We broke up our return journey by staying the night in Roscoff (La Residences des Artistes) and eating at Chez Janie. It was a great end to a great week, only 2 hours 20 minutes from Roscoff.

La maison est spacieuse et bien agencĆ©e. Jardin agrĆ©able avec terrasse /pergola permettant de manger dehors et profiter des chaises longues. La maison correspond au descriptif et est bien Ć©quipĆ©e. Commerces Ć  proximitĆ©. IdĆ©al pour visiter la rĆ©gion. TrĆØs bon sĆ©jour. Sā€™il fallait Ć©mettre une petite remarque, cā€™est le manque de place pour ranger les denrĆ©es de type Ć©picerie. Pour le frais, il nā€™y a pas de soucis, car la maison dispose de 2 rĆ©frigĆ©rateurs.

Belle maison, bien situĆ©e mais annonce mensongĆØre sur certains Ć©quipements: le meuble barbecue Ć  gaz Ć©tait manquant et remplacĆ© par un petit barbecue ā€˜canoonā€™ instable et complĆØtement rouillĆ© et le parasol chauffant Ć©tait inexistant, tous 2 pourtant prĆ©sentĆ©s dans lā€™annonce au moment de la rĆ©servation. Les meubles de la piĆØce Ć  vivre et de la cuisine Ć©taient si remplis de vaisselle, redondante, que nous nā€™avions absolu aucun emplacement pour la nourriture. Le sĆ©jour sā€™est quand trĆØs bien passĆ© mais, Ć  la remise des clĆ©s, nous nous sommes retrouvĆ©s devant une propriĆ©taire agressive, dā€™une mauvaise foi caractĆ©risĆ©e, allant mĆŖme Ć  nous accuser dā€™avoir cassĆ© lā€™aspirateur et des verres. La propriĆ©taire nous a Ć©galement accusĆ©s de la perte du double des clĆ©sā€¦ qui Ć©taient restĆ©es dans un placard. Nous ne les avions pas utilisĆ©es ne connaissant pas leur existence. Nous sommes habituĆ©s Ć  louer de belles maisons, toujours sans aucun problĆØme,et cette fin de sĆ©jour nous a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs pĆ©nible. En conclusion, belle maison mais limite malhonnĆŖte.

Fin dai primi contatti la proprietaria si ĆØ dimostrata molto disponibile e precisa. La casa era pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort. Cucina super attrezzata, camere ampie e spaziose, bagni in ordine. Tutte le dotazioni funzionanti. Buono lo spazio esterno. Ottima la posizione, pochi minuti dal mare e non lontana da bellissimi paesi e cittĆ . Tutto perfetto!

Une maison fonctionnelle, conviviale, trĆØs propre et bien Ć©quipĆ©e avec une jolie terrasse amĆ©nagĆ©e pour les repas et barbecues en extĆ©rieur. L'environnement est trĆØs calme. La maison est trĆØs proche de la belle plage de Kerhillio, Ć  5mn en voiture, et les commerces du centre-ville sont accessibles en quelques minutes Ć  pied.
