Everything you need and nothing you don't need. Perfect.
This apartment is wonderful. It is clean, has neutral (but not impersonal) decor and has everything you need. All details are well thought out and there is not one thing too many nor one thing too little. It is centrally located and the owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I thoroughly recommend this place and would stay here again next time I am in Erfurt with no hesitation. If I was staying longer (than 6 nights) an iron might be a good extra but that's about all. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dominik.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und der Check-in unkompliziert.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut gelegen. Nach wenigen Schritten ist man schon im Getümmel der Altstadt mit ihren hübschen Häusern und kleinen verwinkelten Gassen die zum Bummeln einladen. Unbedingt auf den Petersberg gehen. Von dort hat man einen schönen Rundumblick auf die Stadt.Erfurt gefällt uns immer wieder aufs Neue.

Die mitten in der Altstadt von Erfurt gelegene Wohnung ist ganz wunderbar. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Anreise gestaltete sich problemlos und äußerst flexibel, dank des freundlichen und sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebers. Wir kommen gerne wieder. (:

Besser geht es nicht!
Alles hat geklappt wie am Schnürchen! :-) Der Gastgeber hat noch kurzfristig neue Stühle angeschafft, weil ich auf den vorhandenen nur schlecht saß. Zum Einkaufen sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Krämerbrücke keine 100m. Alles in allem und rundum zufrieden. Ich komme sicher wieder!

Wir durften für zwei Nächte in dieser Wohnung wohnen und waren zu 100% zufrieden! Man läuft ungefähr drei Minuten zum Wenigemarkt - also sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig. Super sauber und modern, man hat alles, was man braucht und der Vermieter ist wahnsinnig freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Dicke Empfehlung :)

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in Erfurt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, direkt in der Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Krämerbrücke. Das Einchecken war problemlos, sogar nach einer kurzen Anfrage beim Vermieter 2 Stunden früher. Alles in Allem eine schöne Wohnung und ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei, obwohl wir etwas früher da waren. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend, ist man in unserer Zeit gar nicht mehr gewohnt! Um so mehr haben wir uns gefreut. Die Wohnung ist echt nur knapp 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Fürs Parken sollte man sich einen Parkplatz buchen in der Nähe! Rundherum war es ein schönes Wochenende, vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter 😃

Kleine Wohlfühloase inmitten der Stsdt
Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung in super Lage. Alles extrem sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Kurztrip ins schöne Erfurt. Das Auto kann mal stehen bleiben und alles ist fußläufig zu erkunden. Insgesamt spitze! Da kommen wir gerne wieder!

Ein kleines Zuhause in optimaler Lage
Wir waren 3 Nächte hier umd haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Die Lage ist genial, wir konnten Alles zu Fuß erkunden, den Egapark mit der Bahn erreichen. Die Wohnung ist ein kleines zu Hause im Urlaub, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Empfang sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
